Many people overhype this technique and assume dat Vaccum Palm will do something of damage or inflict pain when in reality it just pushes you back and doesn't cause any type of damage.
So How strong this tech in ur opinion discuss?

Vaccum Palm is basically an air cannon type move, Just like Gai's Evening Elephant (obviously much weaker). If it hits in the right spot it can cause serious damage to organs and such. which in turn can potentially be fatal

but from description of techniuque you may conclude that the effect of push is actually side effect of thrusting your fist very fast to deliver the biggest possible damage to internal organs/vital points. However the latter one would be useless against someone with who doesn't feel pain or is possesed, controled.

Anyway I am sure it will not deal damages to outer part of body. It only damages internal part of body and the push as mere side effect just throw you backwards, no damage at all to skin just internal damages.

Well, focusing more chakra will definitely make it stronger. But going by manga, its nothing but pushing backwards, as you stated. You really cannot rate it in terms of power because on a larger scale it can be really powerful.

However the push effect is only minor effect of technique but this minor effect is only one visible for us. damaging internal organs/vital points is main point of that technique, but there was no way for us to see it if it was used on none human target or human with shield over his/her skin

You can't judge the jutsu that it only pushes back target when it was only used on the non-living, Zetsus don't have vital spots and the Jounins were technically dead, like Pein's paths. Databook says it damages targets internally.

^^ Exactly, if main point of technique is rendered useless then basing technique on just side effect of fast thrust of palm which causes push effect make it far from fair judgement

Vaccum palm does damage organs, the only reason it seemingly had no affect on the Kisame clone was because it was a corpse that was being controlled, so damaged organs weren't an issue
