Let's say after zoro got his new sword at thriller bark he was healthy in the sabaody arc because remember he wasn't healthy after fighting kuma.

So do you think a healthy sabaody arc zoro would be able to beat lucci. Remember he was able to swing backs oars fist which shows ridiculous strength and scare oars when he he did his pound canon with his new sword which was after fighting ryuma

If Enies Lobby is included in the water7 arc you mention, Water7 arc Zoro should defeat base Lucci considering that i think Zoan Kaku > Base Lucci. However if not, Lucci would win
Could go either way against Thriller Bark Zoro. His Asura one shoted Giraffe Kaku with a much weaker blade than Shusui. With a stronger blade, he possess a much stronger tora gari(for defense), flying slashes(for offense) and so on. The power-up of Shusui can be significant enough to give him victory here. But on the other side, Lucci shouldn't be underestimated

Why would it last longer than Luffy v Lucci? Zoro was weaker than Luffy who was about equal (or rather, just slightly inferior) to Lucci

Actually Luffy was superior to lucci, He was tired before they fought from using gear third and second already before, and it only took one jet gattaling to finish him off, but lucci did take other damage from Luffy but he was 100% before fighting Luffy.

So it's clear Luffy is superior. And thriller bark zoro was able to deflects oars punches which is basically like a gear third attack. and his pound canon could of severely hurt oars which would also hurt lucci.
