The First Battle :-

Hashirama and Madara fought at VOTE, but Black Zetsu was watching over them.

The Second Battle :-

Naruto and Sasuke fought at VOTE (Part 1), but Black Zetsu was watching over them.

The Third Battle :-

If we consider the Trend to continue, Then :-

Naruto and Sasuke are fighting at VOTE (Part 2), Unknown Person watching over them.

Who is this unknown person ?

Two Possibilities :-

A) Orochimaru.

B) Spiral Zetsu.

That's right, at I don't know his exact purpse but it's bound to happen. If you compare the two fights between Naruto and Sasuke, you'll see that there many similarities although they differ a bit. One thing that the first fight had was Black Zetsu watching over them so it would only make sense for Spiral Zetsu this time to take that position.

If Spiral Zetsu is still alive, he better not show on VotE. He'll be dead in an instant. Not even his creator survived Naruto and Sasuke.
