In a way, Naruto's handicapped for this fight

and now, they might be gone since he collided them with Sasuke's arrows (bullcrap, since when would something of multiple chakra natures be only on par with something like a lower-level susanoo. Ohnoiki's particle style has less natures than Naruto's truth-seeking orbs, and it dominated susanoos. Sasuke doesn't have more powerful senjutsu, so how do you explain this? And why did Naruto not pick up the 3 truth-seeking orbs where Madara's limbo clone was? "Oh, I'm sure I'll just use 3 against Sasuke")


Anyway, back on topic. Naruto's abilities are now more limited because of this.


Compare these 2 explosions and their surroundings.

Although the explosion is big enough to make a mountain range look small, it's worthwhile to note that this could also be made to look bigger like when chidori clashes with ransengan. On top of that, Naruto's TBBRS is bigger than the meteors whose pieces were also far bigger than mountains. Needless to say, TBBRS is stronger.



So basically, while Sasuke has received a buff, Naruto, by fighting Kaguya and not picking up the truth-seeking orbs where Madara was, has been nerfed before the battle had hardly begun. Sounds fair doesn't it?


All hope is not lost though. While Minato has stated that truth-seeking orbs can't be deactivated, we've seen from Obito in some form or another, it's possible to get some back. It may be that Naruto will get them back after this fight. I liked those things. They were a fresh new ability that was interesting.

Naruto fought 75% of the battle against Kaguya and got all the hits.Its just like the last time at the valley of end..Naruto fights his ass off and then comes to fight Sasuke while Sasuke quietly powers up the entire time before the fight.Sort of unfair i tell ya.And then ther'e the whole you're-my-best-friend i won't kill you crap from Naruto once again while Sasuke attacks like crazy to kill ...

Sasuke's susano'o had already stopped the gudodama before, so I don't understand why it wouldn't now. Also, you say that Naruto could still use the others, but for what? He has done nothing worthwhile with them, you would just be giving other people's powers to him.

You should know that no matter how big the explosion is, it's not going to hurt Sasuke, at least, not at the beginning of the fight. As well, it's obvious that it's just a reason to get them to do a Chidori and Rasengan clash.

And Sasuke is nerfed. Why didn't he set chidori up before he teleported? he could have easily attacked earlier than he did. Why didn't he use enton instead? Why didn't he use sharp spear? It was clear that Naruto could not have avoided his attack. Why didn't he fly with Susano'o as soon as Naruto went into his Kurama avatar? He could have easily swiped from up there and get him with the shockwaves.

Stop complaining man.

Sasuke is no weaker, but Kishi isn't using his powers to its full potential in the manga yet. Also, yes, it does matter. Without truth-seeking orbs, he can't use TBBRS, which is his most powerful attack so far and arguably the second most powerful attack in the manga yet. (number 1 being Kaguya's truth-seeking orbs)


I don't even think Sasuke was effected by plot to much either though. If he used chidori beforehand, then it would arguably alert Naruto that he was planning a charge, having the same end result, or dodging it altogether. Granted enton is a legitimate point. As for flying and shockwaves, that would do nothing. If Naruto can block the sword itself, the shockwaves would be easy in comparison.

Of course. This was inevitable the moment it was stated Naruto will hold back. Kishimoto had to shove down some PIS to strip Naruto off his powers on top of making him hold back as stated in the manga. But it's okay I guess since a holding back Naruto can deal just fine with the Full powered Sasuke who has Intent to Kill.

Let me clarify what I'm talking about. My definition of nerfed isn't that they aren't using their powers to their fullest. That's plot. I'm saying Naruto's nerfed because out of his 9 truth-seeking orbs, he's lost 6 in the previous battles and only has 3 left to fight Sasuke with. While Sasuke's don't go away no matter what gets destroyed.(unless you count the sword, but I don't think that'd make much of a difference). In this state, it's not that Naruto isn't using his full abilities, he simply can't. I'm not whining that he didn't do thus and such .(well, sort of. I'm at a loss for words that he didn't pick up 3 more truth-seeking orbs where Madara's limbo clone was at) What I'm saying is that before this fight even began, Naruto only is capable of a fraction of what he could do before while Sasuke's in the best shape he's ever been yet.
