he wasn't holding back against Kaguya, he genuinely sucked. Sasuke said so himself that he had literally just then gotten used to the Rinnegan after sealing Kaguya.

Naruto sensed Sasuke's pressence just second later after Sasuke switched with goudama floating behind Naruto, then thusted his hand with chidori activated at Naruto who already was moving backwards trying to avoid it while TURNING AROUND.
It seems like Sasuke's chidori was only able to touch/tickle Naruto as he got electrocuted as he lost balance and smashed into water due to moving at such speed forcing him to land on legs and arms.

sasuke shifted behind naruto and was still unable to deliver the killing blow.so, how does this suddenly make sasuke look good? naruto was able to block the attack from sasuke with his arms. chidori is a piercing attack, but did absolutely zero damage.
Sparks going off chidori reached him while he was dashing backwards. SO yes he was electrocuted as proved in the scan however he was fast enough to avoid main source of Chidori aka Sauske's hand with the closest to it's sparks being main body of chidori.
Still it was impressive from both of them.
Op your'e wrong. Sasuke first used his fire jutsu as a diversion and before he attacked Naruto with his chidori and S/T jutsu and still could't land a solid hit on Naruto. Naruto was hit by the lightning that's naturally discharges from the chidori.
If Sasuke would have landed a solid hit then Naruto's entire body was have been covered in lightning.
Because of that I don't count that as a solid hit. Counting that as solid hit would be like saying all the ninja who witness Naruto fighting the 3rd Raikage was hit by his FRS because of the wind the jutsu that naturally releases.

Sasuke is definitely Nerfed in this battle
Sasuke battle tactic/experiences and intelligent in the past have been nerfed because he suppose to damage naruto already. I guess Kishi putting Sasuke in same way as Kaguya was against team 7, they both have a lot of deadly features, but did not utilize their skill properly to end their oponents.I will explain why Sasuke is nerfed
1. Amaterasu :
Why Sasuke used a grand fire ball jutsu instead of an amaterasu ( directly or indirectly) on naruto?Itachi amaterasu in the past was same size as sasuke great fire ball jutsu .
Naruto chakra arm will not stop at the mere seconds.
Secondly,Naruto had on his Kurama avatar later down the chapter.
Why Sasuke did not burn him down like he did
Thirdly ,i believe enton arrow would have been more effective than normal arrows against Naruto,the enton flame would still spread on impact ,which might hit Naruto.
2 Chidori:
Sasuke should have used a direct chidori on Naruto with his s/t like Kakashi used his kamui to teleport to kaguya.
However Sasuke teleported behind Naruto,eventhough he hit him ,it did not damage.In addition while Naruto was thrown back by Sasuke chidori,why Sasuke did not used chidori extended blade to stab him here?
Naruto was thrown back,he will not counter the chidori sword/spear
It seem like Sasuke is more like testing Naruto than actually want to kill him because he giving Naruto tip that he slacking in battle and he will die easily.I do not know if Sasuke planning to fake his death or something ,what you think?

I don't get how the hell these narutards can say he dodged the chidori, some of the shit on this base is unreal.
If he used an enton blade in stead or fired another arrow it would have been over.
