Please note; The way this list places characters is on their overall value. Meaning that a character that would normally lose against a character that they're place above is there because they're deadlier against stronger characters than the other. This is due to the fact that Match-ups play a big part in Naruto's vs metagame.

Also note, that the Jinchuriki's in their individual ranking is their alive form and have been considered as only being able to go what would have been considered V2 in their Edo Tensei state.

This is also "In-Character" meaning that a character like 3rd Exam Gaara wouldn't use Tanuki Neiri no Jutsu right off the bat.

Juubi Jin Rankings of Madara were also considered to have a full set of Godou Dama

This is more or less, my final Tier List for Naruto. I feel that the VS scene for Naruto as a whole, has pretty much been debated to death. No major changes in opinions or placement's within those opinions will change more than likely. I can even already predict what some will disagree with Lol

I'll save all the sentimental crap and feels for November 10th, but I've been waiting for the manga to end to release my final list. So I feel like now is a safe time to do so.

Somewhat confused at the placements of Obito and Kabuto. At the least, they deserve to be a tier higher than where they are at. I'd wager both could contend with the likes of Killer Bee, Nagato and a prepubescent EMS Sasuke.

Everything else for the most part is argreeable.

I like your Tier List good stuff but there's only 2 things I disagree with. BSM Naruto and Minato shouldn't be a tier above Hashirama and VOTE Madara and Rinne Tensei Madara should move up a tier. Otherwise good list.

I appreciiate ur effort man, but i still dont agree with most of ur placements,

1. BSM Naruto and BM Minato a whole tier above 8th gate guy, VOTE Madara and Hashirama, is just not correct especially when 8G Guy was pressuring a juubi jin to his limits, mere half kyuubi jins should not be even in the same tier, let alone a tier above

2. EMS Sasuke with KCC being a whole tier above EMS madara is also abit wrong, seeing how it all comes down to attrition meaning that its not an easy fight for either of the two,

3. Edo Itachi should be in the same tier as Minato and Tobirama, he shouldnt be a whole tier above them, whilst Killer Bee should be in the same tier as KCM Naruto, as i can see the latter even being superior to him overall,

4. Deidara and Kakuzu are way too high, they should be nowhere near the people like Muu and Third Raikage, and should certainly not be a whole tier above Sasori when Deidara canonically admitted inferiority

5. akatsuki cloak sasuke is also way too low, he still has amaterasu which can one-shot over half the people above him,

Nah Kakuzu is fine.

Gaara should be higher.

I have to disagree Kakuzu is up there man. He beats Muu, and Oonoki, Guy it depends what version, but Domo tanks, Raikage as well. Physical attacks don't work because:

A: Domo
B: Tendril Body

But isn't Domu weak against lightning? And Raikage has a lightning cloak.


OT: I also believe 8 gates guy should be higher. Rinnegan Obito should atleast be on Killer Bee's tier. Didn't show much with the Rinnegan but he can still use Gedo Statue and subdue Bijuu power with the stakes (he actually did this to Bee). His binding was also noted to be stronger than Nagato's so he'd be able to control or Immobilize people if he impales them with a rod long enough to be able to warp them away with Kamui. Being able to immobilize his opponents even for a second could give him an advantage.



I'd still have MS Obito over Itachi though. Mainly due to his Senju enhanced Izanagi which would prove to be a pain for many opponents. His Mokuton isn't bad but it isn't all that great either. I'm assuming a healthy Itachi would be able to keep Susanoo up for a longer period of time but I figure 10 minutes of Izanagi would be a bigger pain for others to deal with than Susanoo since Obito would be able to spawn right behind them if he wanted to. I also consider Minato and Tobirama's FTG is also something many people can't face since they'd have a hard time hitting them while they would be able to get to them rather easily. Most impotantly, it doesn't seem to be chakra taxing compared to a Susanoo.

Not so sure why Base Rikudo Naruto is even mentioned though. I guess he would be around that level though but I would have just added him in his Chakra Mode. Oh well no big deal.
