Of what? what the rennigan/sharingan are, is just a way to perform techniques without the use of handsigns, or, which can not be used without the dojutsu itself. The power of the techniques is not the user but the dojutsu. The jutsu requires chakra or energy to activate. This is accomplished with either having strong chakra, so little of it consumed to perform the technique, or, by having weaker chakra, thus large amount of chakra is consumed to activate the technique/jutsu.

It probably just meant that he had more chakra than the other uchiha. But it was Obito not Madara so we cannot authenticate this info as a fact or exaggeration.

Objectively speaking, they are equal. That's how it's portrayed given the tropes of the manga. But based on portrayal and feats, Naruto is slightly stronger, and I am a Sasuke fan, and I can admit this.

Kyuubi was put in Naruto at birth so can't do anything about that and he trained to earn SM and also trained to get KM.. How did Sasuke earn to get Itachis eyes? So if me and my brother fought and I won, I get the right to take his eyes? lol no They are brothers. I really dont understand your point. The fact is it was a power given to him period, a power he used quite often growing up. I dont recall naruto saying "oh hey i better not use this power because i didnt earn it". I have seen too many fans come down on sasuke about how he gets his power but give naruto a pass when he as been given one of the most powerful power ups you can get in that world. I will admit that naruto had to train to control that power but as far as sharingan and rinnegan goes so did sasuke, neither one got these powers and just out of the gate use them with ease. The fact is these cases are very similar. Sadly fans will try to downplay one side over another based on who they like and dislike.

Yeah your right. I think the reason is that kishi wanted to keep sasukes true power hidden, so we don't know what truly either of them is capable at the moment.
