Mangetsu Hozuki, the strongest of the Seven Swordsmen, renowned for his Silent Killing and mastery of each Swordsmen sword.

Dan Kato, to be Hokage and one of the only kind to take Reika no Jutsu to its full potential. Said he killed thousands with this technique.

Mito Uzumaki, sealed and contained the Kyuubi. Supposedly mastered chakra chains and barriers.

Id add the 3rd hokage, cause there was so much more, hes capable of...

Id also add izuna

And to see might dai with 8 gates would have been awesome, too

id also really see more of the pre ious kages, like the kazekage with the tattoo or the mizukages...

Sasuke Sarutobi, Hiruzens dad. Mito named Sasuke after him because apparently he was extremely legendary and hoped Sasuke would be good like him, his name itself literally means "legendary".

As far as Uchiha Techniques goes, he probably used Fire Style, Genjutsu, Amaterasu(Maybe) and Kenjutsu.

He most likely had blaze release too since Tobirama mentioned he saw it before and it wasn't from Madara so he most likely had it.

He was one of the strongest Uchiha next to Madara. I wouldn't be surprised if he was fast too, seeing how he was Tobirama's rival.
