Do you think Madara's PS would still look the same?

I often read how people compare Sasukes PS with Madara's. I find this unfair as we analyse the Susano from the core.
It grows stronger every time users chakra improves or the eyes evolve. Susano grows from skelet to a PS in many forms depending on the users chakra/eyes.

The last time Madara used PS he had fake Rinnegans and a dead body... We clearly saw a huge difference in power when he was revived.

Let me summrize a few things which should have boosted Madara's Susano.

- Gaining true Rinnegan pairs
- Absorbing Senju/sage mode
- Juubi chakra
- Third eye
- Absorbing the tree
- Rikoudo chakra

I mentioned about Temari-Shikamaru because of the Stats example, not some knowledge example.

The gap between Temari-Shikamaru isn't the same as Kaguya-Madara, look at the size of Kaguya's Kekkei Mora compare to Madara's, that alone shows their gap.
