There is actually a bigger chance of it happening than it not. I don't really see why ppl think that Sasuke had some feelings towards Sakura, that was never the issue. Sasuke cut off his ties with everyone except Naruto a long time ago. The important thing now is that Sasuke has actually paralleled Sakura's feelings with that of losing his own family so for the first time he genuinely knows how she feels. If Sasuke is going to able to care about others and love again then Kishimoto won't let that slide. Sasuke will feel regret over what he did and might actually start to give Sakura's feelings a chance.
