Controlling ur chakra point means being freely able to close or open them
Technique's names dosen't matter

BTW show me a scan of any ninja being able to create a complex chakra shape like twin lion heads,the farthest one came was minato with the rasengan which is basically kaiten spining from multiple angles in your palms
