Chakra shaping isnt that big of deal, we saw plenty of that plus she only uses her hands not all points, hyuuga practice it all the time.

Combining Element with chakra requires more chakra control than simply using chakra and hyuga's don't even use ninjutsu in battle so how will they use susanoo .

Very hard actually. Haishi will obviously have his own byakugan activated while he's training. If you spy on him he'll detect you obiously. Only way to successfully do that is if your field of vision is longer than his. I doubt Neji's field of vision was longer than Hiashi's in part one.
