Gives her a metaphorical special reason. Any hyuga can do the same. Any character with great control(haku, hinata, sasori, tsunade, etc) can do this.

uhm hyuuga also have amazing chakra control but we cant use it like that only someone with both of those would be able to use it like her so unless it says both he cant

fuka is the girl who tried to kill naruto and take his wind natured chakra. she was all in his face the whole time (I.E. execution by kiss) and the nine tails totally kicked her ass for kissing his container, just sayin. she used it through his eyes because she wanted to make sure she could kiss him without him putting up a struggle.

the manga doesnt override the wiki it supplements it.

lol i told you ds was wrong
but it still wont make a difference as it will only take a second for the bullets to reach you. as you wont be able to think or control chakra since you cant control your nervous system.

ehm well actually i believe he can think a bit since orochimaru used the same jutsu on sasuke and he stabbed himself so he can break it by inflicting pain on himself and then use his lightning armor

though orochimaru might have used a different jutsu not sure =/

actually he was fighting to kill (though not on his actual level) if sasuke wouldn't have been able to dodge he would have killed him b/c he wouldn't be a good enough host

in other words if sasuke wasn't able to dodge that he wouldn't have leaped and stopped the kunai he would have killed sasuke so he can do the same thing as sasuke

It actually does in a weird way
my point was orochimaru was using it at the same level u were so by inflicting pain on himself he can break free and since his lightning armor is kinda instant he can probably block your jutsu

He thinks the eye teleportation is an attack. And he also thinks water changes its atomic composition by freezing. That is inexcusable. I could care less about rp skills. It comes down to common sense.

-smh- first don't try and diss when you are completely wrong

second you are using the anbu way of PREFORMING the jutsu the affects are the same meaning he can escape by inflicting pain and it isn't a one hit ko

here's a mission have an actual fight where you don't use moves that will instantly cause arguing
