Is he equally has power as his brother? Did him and his brother fight?

Was he simply weaker than S6P and his story is less important?

Why was he not explained?

They both sealed their mother. Why was only S6P chakra necessary to seal her again?

Never is it mention that two people need to specifically be doing it at the same time this is you assuming stuff.

Not too mention in each flash back we see hamura right along side hogo,so what made you come to the conclusion that he did not help ?

Thats why only Hagoromos chakra was needed because he shared it with Hamura just like with Naruto and Sasuke.

This also explains why the Juubi was only sealed in Hagoromo, maybe Hamura's body just wasn't strong enough because he only had so much chakra, unlike Hagoromo who could produce more and more.

I do believe that he's the one who invented the gentle fist.
He should have as much chakra as hagoromo but he's not as op as the sage is (rinnegan>byakugan)
We'll probably know about him in the last movie or something.
and the sages chakra isn't required to seal her, ya just need the seals.

You are wrong check the wiki, and old chapters there is clearly written "They were the first humans who borned with chakra within them"

Hagoromo and Hamura were twin brothers, you went to see the picture of Kaguya with her newborn sons put on the bed. In the manga it is expressly said that Kaguya divided his power between the two children and who then tried to take it back. I do not think Hamura were weaker brother.The fact that we do not know anything about him does not mean he is weaker or irrelevant for the purposes of the story. It will definitely be a character that we see in the manga and will also have an important role, Kishimoto is still building the rest of the story, you'd never expect to see Kaguya or the same Hagoromo?

Looking at the stick of Hagoromo he has always been the symbol of the moon, probably had Hamura other symbols but not that of the moon.
