The fact that you have to be summoned proves it's not just a "Casual" Walk. Since outside of summoning contracts and such, It's impossible for those summon Animals to leave their original dimension. Thus their dimensions are sealed off from others.

As i said, All Dimensions should be sealed off from others, Hence why only S/T users have access to them. Unless there are portals spread around the NV, No dimension is connected to one anohter and if they're not connected by portals that means they're sealed off.

Jutsu's such as obito's/Kaguya's and summoning are exceptions, Since they can clearly bypassed these seals

That was a plot tool, Kaguya can do the same. By basic logic Kaguya should be able to escape kamui as dimension shifting is her forte. Also her technique doesn't have any limitations and restrictions like FTG (except fro chakra drainage)

We could come to decisive conclusion if we saw an all out dimension war between Kaguya and Obito, which would show us which jutsu is superior

Im not trolling, here. It's what DB states, and summoning jutsu works into and from kaguya's dimension.

Obito was confident that warping minato would work, so i guess kishi used 'sealed dimension' and not 'sealed into dimension' due to certain logic.

Obito didn't know FTG mark stays on you so what makes you think he would be right about Minato not being able to escape? Kaguya's dimension was sealed, Obito couldn't travel anywhere without her portal being open. Kaguya can open portals or change where she is to the other dimension at will. Summoning jutsu is a S/T jutsu just like FTG and Kamui. It took the Sage and all past Kages to use some OP summoning to bring Naruto and the others back, if Hagaromo have the power to summon back all of the past Kages from the impure world to help him summon a Naruto and the others back then why didn't he just summon them back himself? Clearly it took more than just his power to do this.
