reasons:-
all of Kabuto's moves would be easily dodged by them through hiraishin
with combination moves he gets busted...
genjutsu can be avoided by shadow clones..

Bracken dance, muki tensei and bone forest have the AOE and enable kabuto to destroy the marked locations

Muki Tensei and Bone Forest render FTG markings useless.

Nothing in any of their arsenals are harming Kabuto due to liquefying, immense healing capabilities, Oral Rebirth and Sage Mode durability.

Kabuto can counter Suiton with Suiton, so Tobirama's elemental attacks are null here. Kabuto can finish this with White Rage + Body Flicker and Chakra scalpel. They would not be able to defend even if one broke out, as none of them have sufficient defensive jutsu like Sasuke had.

I might agree that Kabuto wins but I want the conclusion to be reasonable too.

Allow me to correct myself then. Suidanha might be able to breach Manda 2's first few layers of skin but the damage it would deal is so small and insignificant that Manda 2 might not even notice.

Let me correct you. If the hokages manage to win, it would still be a high diff.

Liquifieing, oral rebirth and extremely high reflexes enough to dodge point blank susanoo arrows would be a good defence against FTG rasengan. Kabuto's atack (i don't remember its name; that is like a white dragon that clashes and makes a the opponent blind and makes a lot of noise) would paralize the hokages, this means Hiruzen's and Tsunade's death. This leaves Tobirama and Minato vs Kabuto, and i don't see how they counter liquifieing and sound genjutsu.
