i am talking about how can someone r un out of the barrier if he is getting attracted by great force to the barrier’s centre? how can someone move at these circumstances?

My point is that ,none can run out of kamui barrier while being attracted by great force to the centre of the barrier ,this great force will immobilize the target's movements
For example even current naruto can't get out of kamui barrier while being attracted to the barrier's centre ,just like he couldn't move while being attracted to the ground in kaguya's gravity dimension

It's the same. Teleporting himself to Kamui and teleporting other people/things take time. It isnt instant.

The only thing Obito has that is instant is his intangibility.
