Tsunade was fodderized like a little baby, she doesnt deserv to be Hokage.

Jiraiya also got fodderized like a little baby by an enemy at least 10 times weaker than Edo Madara. Does this mean he doesn't deserve his title as a Sannin?

Just like Hiruzen didn't have to die for Minato to become Hokage, Tsunade doesn't have to die either for Naruto to become Hokage.
