Does Tsunade have to die?

Eventually Naruto has to become the Hokage right? Does he really have to wait until Tsunade has aged beyond current Onoki to take his rightful place. I highly doubt Kishi will make Naruto waits until Tsunade retires or dies because of old age.

I suspect by the end of this war, or maybe in another conflict she'll die. Tsunade has to get out of the way, there's no way around it. I suspect Madara will finally manage to kill her and Naruto and the previous Kage go super rage mode and destroy Madara. What do you think?

Minato was Hokage when Sarutobi was still around. So either Tsunade dies, gives title to Kakashi, Kakashi passes it down to Naruto, and Naruto gives it to Konohamaru. Or, she won't die, and Naruto would Rokudaime Hokage
