Yeah it's pretty good. I personally enjoyed it.

I never liked the Office but try Parks and Recreation.

Try IT crowd or 30 rock almost similar shows.
Try Seinfeld for full blown comedy.

Try Brooklyn Nine Nine. It's a workplace comedy. It doesn't have the mockumentary talking-heads interview cuts, but there is no laugh track or studio audience as well.
