Yes, he can, at least partially. Since Amaterasu cannot him because Sasuke simply isn't able to even catch a glimpse of him with his eyes, what makes you think Kamui, a jutsu that takes more time to warp somebody/something will be any different? Ay cannot be sniped from a distance. Close range, though? That's different, since only Minato has escaped it, barely, and Obito has implied that he can instantaneously warp. I'd say maybe.

Even if i somewhat agree, most of the arguments i've read are laughable. Speed of light, really? And lol at that example of Kakashi warping a part of a stationary target.

Thank you. The only s/t ninjutsu that showed incredible speed were Ftg and Sasukes. Kamui takes longer to absorb than amaterasu takes to hit its target.

The lag of kamui is terrible
