He only tracked all of them after he had to get saved by bee. Had he took them into account the first time minato jumped he would have followed him to the tree, and he would have noticed that Minato left the kunai behind when he jumped.

Kamui is space time speed, Ay's shuushin is just typical high speed.

Kcm naruto beat Ay in speed, while Obito played with Bm naruto in speed.

Kakashi was able to warp the arm away in almost an instant. And we know how quick summoning jutsu is.

This, it warped the arm of the gedo before it teleported which is instant, Ay wouldn't be able to avoid it.

But remember, he only got arm not the head which was the target. Not downplaying Kakashi. His speed with it is impressive. But he never his his target with it. Something moving as fast as Ay would be real hard to hit

But remember, the gedo was being summoned which is faster than Ay, plus the arm is much larger than any person so aiming it properly also wouldn't be a problem.

even hebi sasuke evaded amatrasu
early ms sasuke amatrasu had a big weakness which is simply that after focusing on target, the black fire doesnt appear instantly, there is loading time(bleeding and 2 panelsLol), if the target moved during that loading time, amatrasu would appear on the air ,that is why catching hebi sasuke with usual amatrasu failed ,simply because itachi was looking at widely moving sasuke but amatrasu didnt appear the moment he looked, it appears a second after when sasuke had moved some cms, and that caused that amatrasu appeared on the air then moved

that also leads me to think that amatrasu doesnt appear instantly, it moves from the user’s eye to the target at so high speed and invisible state and there is more than gesture proves that

1.eye bleeding

2.amatrasu not appearing instantly on the target, the moment he looks at it

3.amatrasu moving after missing the target(ay,hebi sasuke) ,that means it was moving from the beginning

4.amatrasu being short range attack ,though it works with the sight which can be long range

Yes, kakashi has missed kumai before, moving has effect and if someone is as fast as a blink they can dodge it potentially.

Naruto didn't beat ay in speed. Ay was at angle where timing is involved and naruto speed up having Ay timing wrong. If a running back is running on the sideline and gets caught by a linebacker. Is the linebacker faster based on that? No learn some science tards.

the same obito noticed jin madara’s striking speed and reacted to it when he tried to take his rinningan but obito made madara’s hand slip through him

jin madara’s striking speed shits on sm minato’s striking speed proved when he fodderized him when he appeared instantly with ftg infront of him

Wtf. You just said obito didnt notice kamui warping speed. Its not that he didnt notice. He was fighting 4 high level ninja at once. Thats whybhe didnt notice. Not because it was fast. Kamui uses timing in situations like that. Kakashi timed where the kunai would be and used it in that spot. He timed where the clone would be and used it at that spot. The phasing ability and the teleporting ability are two different techs with two different speeds
