Likely having only one Hokage rather than multiple ones. That way everyone is one community rather than smaller rivaling ones.

He is going to say something like one who rids the darkness of the shinobi world, one who eliminates anyone who is defying peace or bringing darkness to the table, which will be ironic to sasuke's character. And he is going to refer to when he came to the battlefield when he said "I'm going to become Hokage and change the village" and say he only said that for the present moment of arrival and say what he really meant was "I'm going to become the reformer and change the world"


He is going to be spitting some real ideology to Naruto, he is going to fill in the holes in Naruto's ideology, which he will lay out both ideologies. He is going to be spitting such real information even Naruto is going to think it is partially correct. But the thing is, that is what separates Naruto and Sasuke as characters, and their ideology. One has the ideology of Yin, and One has a Yang ideology, when they put their two ideologies together it will be an ideology and system of perfect balance, unison, good and bad, and lastly: Yin and Yang.

A perfectly balanced ideology for the world = Naruto + Sasuke's idea of hokage.

Where Sasuke's ideology lacks, is where Naruto's succeeds, and vice versa

Sasuke did seem to pay a lot of attention to what Danzo's ideology was and I feel like could be used as a reinforcement to his thought process

The Kages are the leaders to the messed up Shinobi world/system which he wants to change and Naruto has the Bijuu powers which he wants to get rid of.

Killing anyone who disagrees with him would include fodders who are nothing.Him killing them is a far stretch considering how he has only talked about killing the most important people in the world and didn't even kill Sakura who he called annyoing.

I already countered that in the post you said was too long.Those are the important people - the Kages and Naruto.The others were Obito,Madara,and Kaguya.Now that they're gone the only one who remains is Naruto.The Kages are trapped in IT so Naruto is the only important person who disagrees with him left,and he's already said why he wants to kill him,because he has the Bijuus power.

Sasuke hasn't shown that he's willing to kill fodders,only important people.

Hashirama's story added to that by teaching him past mistakes made by kage and Madara alike, in addition to the start of the village system. A "dark will of fire" was then burned into Sasuke's heart. Finally, the idea of revolution, metaphors included, lend to the opinion that...

The revolution is the dark flame that Sasuke intends to spread throughout the ninja world, his twisted interpretation of the will of fire. This has been metaphorically hinted at through Sasuke's gradual control of the black flames. Sasuke started off with wanting to destroy everything, which amaterasu essentially does, but now he wants to destroy and rebuild, meaning he must control the flame (enton and kagutsuchi essentially allowing Sasuke peerless manipulation of amaterasu's flames.) If revolution is the flame(火) that Sasuke intends to release upon the world, then he himself is the shadow(影) that will manipulate things (a la manipulating enton) from behind the scenes. The "Hokage"(火影) the person who starts and fans the flame of revolution, and once the old order has been reduced to ashes, he will put out the fires by manipulating the people from the shadows.
