Likely having only one Hokage rather than multiple ones. That way everyone is one community rather than smaller rivaling ones.

That was already being planned by the villages Ohnoki saying that they would unite under one banner after the war which had brought them together

Sasuke's plan to be "hokage" is probably based on three things: Itachi's truth, Hashirama's description of a shinobi and Madara's past, and finally the idea of revolution.

After Sasuke heard the entirety of the truth from Itachi, he took to heart the thought of one man in the shadows that, through his own sacrifice and skill, controlled a situation (Itachi averting civil war in Konoha through the Uchiha massacre.) Hashirama's story added to that by teaching him past mistakes made by kage and Madara alike, in addition to the start of the village system. A "dark will of fire" was then burned into Sasuke's heart. Finally, the idea of revolution, metaphors included, lend to the opinion that...

The revolution is the dark flame that Sasuke intends to spread throughout the ninja world, his twisted interpretation of the will of fire. This has been metaphorically hinted at through Sasuke's gradual control of the black flames. Sasuke started off with wanting to destroy everything, which amaterasu essentially does, but now he wants to destroy and rebuild, meaning he must control the flame (enton and kagutsuchi essentially allowing Sasuke peerless manipulation of amaterasu's flames.) If revolution is the flame(火) that Sasuke intends to release upon the world, then he himself is the shadow(影) that will manipulate things (a la manipulating enton) from behind the scenes. The "Hokage"(火影) the person who starts and fans the flame of revolution, and once the old order has been reduced to ashes, he will put out the fires by manipulating the people from the shadows.　

But, this is only my interpretation of it. What do you think?

sas is focused on erasing everything naruto has done. obviously anyone whos in his way be it sakura or kakashi, he will kill them if they say anything wrong

Good theory and all but Sasuke does not even have any near the capability that Itachi did in order for him to work from the Shadows keeping his clan in check and protecting The Leaf where in the end he killed his family and clan in order to protect the leaf where at the age of 7 he was said to have the reasoning of a hokage

The new chapter solo's that thought.If he's willing to kill anyone who disagrees with him then why did put Sakura to sleep with Solo Glance instead of killing her?she disagreed with him.

So he can kill her later? He's only focused on fighting Naruto now.

I disagree about Sasuke not having the capacity to control things like Itachi. As it stands, Sasuke has all the power to do whatever he wants, Naruto himself being recognized as the only threat. This is why the final fight is necessary in the first place.

I have noticed that a lot of people are always trying to make sense of Sasuke's action without taking into consideration the truth of his character. By reading posts in the forums, I have realized that many people actually think something interesting can come out of Sasuke's mind. Those people ignore the definition, contexts, and life of Sasuke's character. They have convinced themselves that the following facts are not real, or simply ignore them:

(0) Sasuke is in denial of the facts that Naruto is better than him in both leadership and skills (this is the basis of every Uchiha vs Senju)
(2) Sasuke is a lost kid who is lost in the past of the death of his parent. All his feelings and decisions are twisted by this very event.
(3) Due to the death of his parent, Sasuke is rejecting every act of love towards him because he is scared of losing that love, once again
(4) Sasuke is the same individual who wanted to destroy Konoha because the people there are all Senjus
(5) Hashirama's account of his failure means actually that Hashirama would line up behind Naruto. this is true because Hashirama think he failed because he killed Madara. Thus, if Sasuke had learned anything from Hashirama, he should be actually teaming up with Naruto.
(6) Sasuke is the same person who revived Orochimaru, and accepted to team with him. Tell me he is using him, but this is not true because I saw orochimaru being in charge.
(7) Everyone out there disagree with Sasuke, and does not even acknowledge him.

I could go on and on, but it would be useless. from these point, I know that Sasuke's solution for peace is a twisted solution. The only thing I am waiting for his how seriously Naruto will respond to him.

What do you guys think Sasuke's view of being a Hokage is? Is he the/a real deal? Could Kishi have Sasuke win or is he just going to end the series with Naruto being the hero? Sacrificial Hero?

That would be so great. Add to that I think Sasuke should fake his own death with izanagi like madara did and then control the village from the shadows like he controls enton or something like that. That would be great for his character development.
I doubt kishimoto would introduce something so cool though..

I always thought (since that time he came back) that Sasuke's idea of being hokage is basically just another version of Hitler. lol
