Well as been said before V and I are both Dutch-speaking, though he's from The Netherlands and I from Belgium.

Other Dutch people I know of are Jamalthebest, Ingwer Hatake and Renegade87. There are a lot more, but I can't remember them all.

It's South-African, they had a lot of Dutch colonists in the past. As a result they have a language that is derived partially from Dutch.

For someone who speaks Dutch, like me, to hear it it's more like a form of dialect.
