Seriously. Yes Minato has the speed advantage but his arsenal us fodder.

A base rasengan would just piss Ay off at best. The only thing Minato has that could work is RDS, but he's not strong enough to hold Ay.

Rasengan would theoretically deflect and that is literally Minato's only Ninjutsu displayed to date (Hiraishin is Jikukan-Ninjutsu). :| Minato has no "raw power". Lol Unless you mean in the three-panel SM which isn't fit for combat?

1. Sasuke's weak ass chidori = Naruto's small rasengan. Minato's base Rasengan is twice as big and hence twice as stronger than Naruto's rasengan.

2. The same Armour did ZERO damage to Minato Lol and was about to be pierced but Bee intervened Lol
