I'm 17 too. I'm one of those first signs that kids are gonna be shorter. JK, but actually it always seems like that. Every older generation thinks that. I told my brother who was in Grade 8 at the time that they look like kids. He then found an 8th grade class picture of mine and I was "Holy sh*t, I didn't know we looked like babies". So, my point is it's just in your head.

Back in the day, people were married and having kids at a younger age. The technology thing is because we didn't have it when we were young. Technology is poison for children though.
