Sasuke will have tons of plot restriction only because this manga is named Naruto.

im waiting for more asspull. Kishi still has more up his. I have no idea how else they are going to get powerups, they got the final powerups from the sage himself. if there is anymore man idk.

Sasuke has no chance because he doesn't have main character privileges. Anyways it will be a close fight, but the only outcome I can see happening is Naruto beating Sasuke then using TNJ, because they need Sasuke's Rinnegan to help get rid of IT.
