Lord of the candle was extremely boring to me, it was basically 3 movies involving walking with the occasional fight. I never watched game of thrones, but supposedly it suppose to be interesting. Just my 2 cents.

So you didn't really watched them? You really should, And the other 2/3 hobbit movies so you can understand the whole thing and get into it, (The third one ain't out yet).

Too hard a choice to make, pains me to choose between the two but I'd probably lean more towards GoT.

Lord Of The Rings Easily

Tolkiens fantasy universe is in a league of its own, people who only saw the movies could never understand what I mean, even the people who only read the LoTR book couldn't

Lord of the Rings is an OG epic that taught the world what imagination can create in fantasy. Game of Thrones is heavily influenced by it and isn't at the level of impact on the world that LOTR is to even make it a fair comparison.

I love the two guys <3

LOTR by far, though I love GoT so much - it has to be LOTR.

Havent seen nor read Game of Thrones yet but from what I have read in regards to Middle Earth, I know it is very difficult to top. Tolkien created a world that influenced and still continues to influence writers and artists to this day, myself included.
