In terms of pure evilness, he isn't at all. As Kishimoto stated, he is pure and doesn't much care for anything irrelevant to his life. Sasuke stated plain and clear his plan, with no sort of bad intention or bloodlust; only expecting a response from Naruto. As much as the images tried to portray him as some sort of terrorist, it was quite clear he won't care of the end result.

Of course he's evil.

"I'm going to kill anyone who stands in my way."

How is that not evil?

Naruto defeats anyone in his way of justice. "How is that not evil?"

He's somewhat evil, by that I mean killing people just because they don't agree with him.

Because Naruto isn't forcing anyone to do anything.

Sasuke is trying to rule everyone against their wishes and kill anyone who disagrees.

See the difference?

"Defeat" and "kill" are two discrete things. Unlike Naruto, it would seem Sasuke is less reluctant to kill others than Naruto is, by far. At least Sasuke doesn't demur like Naruto does...

No he's not. His is trying to change the current system, not into some sort of labor tyranny.

Naruto= Means justify the ends.

Sauske= Ends justify the means.

Classically speaking those who share Sauce's view are considered evil in the right/wrong situation. Talking about people and their lack of value versus the goal...yes, that is defined as evil, there is no way to get around it or justify whole sale mass murder and depreciating human life.

That's exactly what he's trying to do.

He wants to be the Hokage, but no one wants him to be. How else will he get that title, if not by tyranny and force? Use your brain.

Same thing. If Naruto had to kill someone, he would. Sasuke knows it is a waste of time to explain his ideology.

Waste of time to explain his ideology? Must not be a very convincing concept then, I'm almost certain that is the reason to have an ideology, to convince others that this is the way. At some point Le Sauce is going to have to care about something besides himself. I mean thats where this would all be coming from if he was said real person. He knows he's jacked up and he knows whats waiting for him at the end of the war...

If you think Sasuke is just going to restrict everyone of their rights and just make them work, then you may need help. He never stated anything of the sort, and his expressions are nothing less than ordinary.

No, Sasuke just likes to get things done. He has defeated 1,000 humans without killing them, simply because they posed no real threat. He knows that no one agrees with him, but that they will once they see the result.

When did I say He'd make them slaves? You're awful at debating.

This is the matter, cut and dry; Sasuke wants to become Hokage and change the entire way the system works. Problem is, nonody wants Sasuke to be Hokage, or have any authority for that matter. So, if Sasuke wants to become Hokage, he's going to have to use force and probably kill a lot of people. After he does that, people will hate him even more, so he'll have to use even MORE force to opress people and make them obey him.

Do you understand now?
