Her base strength isn't that great, She has no feats of lifting such things and kishi only scored her a 3 in the recent databooks which are valid up until around the time of Sasuke Vs Itachi.

I Can't see her strength going from a Mere 3 to going up to the extent of lifting a big ass sword meant for a bijuu sized toad in just a few the small time scale of Itachi's death to the current war arc.

To an unknowing person the seal can seem to increase strength due to the difference in the damage the punches make With/Without the seal.

Even so is "Chakra Enahnced strength" even the official translation for this technique. I could of sworn at one point it was called strength of one hundred or something along those lines.

It's because those people didn't understand the fact that Sakura only had half of her chakra all the time because the other half was going to the seal. It only seemed to be stronger once she got the seal because that part she was putting aside, now can be also used by her, OUTSIDE the seal.
Sakura could do this also without the seal, basically you have chakra, you can enhance your strength.

Half Chakra =/= reduced physical strength.
I'm pretty sure chakra levels and such have almost no effect on how physically strong you are. So i failed to see how her having access to more chakra would increase her physical strength. Let alone her lifting strength.

All that is affected by her giving chakra to her seal, is the damage of her punches, Which are chakra based and not strength based.

Even in the databook it says

Even though it's considered to be super strength, It's not actually Physical strength that gives her punches such power, It's concentrated chakra in her fists. This form of strength cannot be transferred to lifting and such. it's simply use for punching/blowing shit up

Unless i'm missing something very simply, i can't see how focusing chakra will affect her lifting strength.

Yes, it was her normal strength. Remember when Kabuto had to cut her muscles in order to stop Tsunade from breaking stuff? Her chakra network was undamaged, yet Kabuto survived a direct punch from her. This proves Tsunade isn't hitting with chakra, unlike her student.
