Are you talking only about anime, because Mr Mxyzptlk can basically destroy and recreate the multiverse at his own image, and has control over time and reality, not sure if he's omnipotent or not. Lucifer Morningstar and Michael Demiurgos are also really strong, being might omnipotents, The Spectre aswell, and they're just from DC, Marvel also has some ridiculous powerful guys.
