Since nigh omnis arent omnis, I'll lidt them. Btw these guys eat STTGL for breakfast.

Pre-Retcon Beyonder (millions of times above the entire multiverse of marvel bar TOAA, which contains megaversals to multiversals that eat sttgl for breakfast)
Presence (completely overpowered megaversal+ DC god, only nit omnipotent cuz for some reason he had to absorb GEB)
GEB (Nigh-omnipotent megaversal god)
LoN (created a huge ass megaverse just for fun)
Demonbane (can create infinite universe sized clones, kill you billions of times by looking at you)
Kami tenchi (megaversal, kissed away a multiversal/low megaversal god)
Etc, STTGL barely hits top 10 in anime

They can manifest spiral energy into reality warping and make his body tangible, or simply remove him from existence all together, crash his energy into another, or kill him before he was born. Besides, intangibility deactivates the bonds between molecules in an area and themselves, I am pretty sure he is not going to live if STTGL crushes the galaxy with it's toenail.
