Sakura is kage material and i will tell you why
1.She is a slug sage
It grants her the ability to wriggle on flat surfaces and be all slug like
2.She can hit things really,really hard.
3.When madara attacked her she forgot to breathe and didn't continue to breathe for quite some time this leads me to believe she could easily defeat kisame in his water dome or while in the ocean as breathing would be a non issue for her.
4.She has extreme speed and precision,deadly to all in close combat killing all with just her intense gaze

Her determination A.K.A. her killing intent is bar none
5.She can excrete a viscous like fluid trail wherever she wriggles from location to location.
6.She has the diamond that was on the chibaku tensei thing which grants anyone unrivaled yin power making her immune to genjustu and seals like chibaku tensei as she can just cancel it since she harbors the third power.
