That's what I am talking about. Sasuke and Sakura both develope much more than Naruto, while I am certain than Naruto's the one who worked the hardest. And 1-8 tails wasnt a powerup. It was just something like you can say, a jutsu that he got.

While Sasuke got Itachi's eyes, Orochimaru's curse mark, Rinnegan all without doing a thing. Even his Amaterasu was given to him by Itachi.

Those are stats from databook which arent based on intelligence in the real world. It has given Sakura 3.5 for genjutsu, which Sakura cant perform. She can only break out of it( not the strong ones) so I wouldnt count on those data book stats. Giving 3.5 for genjutsu even though e have hardly seen her do anything makes me believe that those stats are incorrect. No one said she's an idiot. It's just that she doesnt have the instincts to make decisions on the go and handle pressure and make strategies. She hasnt come up with any important strategies in the entire manga.
