The true order of strongest goes down as Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, and then Hiruzen.

Tobirama and minato are speed, while Hashirama and Hiruzen are defense.

I believe it will come down to stamina and just sm enhanced strength.

Mokuton can't do much to break through Hiruzen's Enma staff defenses.
