The only people in the Manga who would've possibly told obito about this was either zetsu or madara. But madara is the most reasonable person, since mito was his biggest rival wife.

Since when did obito know how much her byakugou had. Lets be honest here, the amount of chakra needed in order for the kamui to work taked buju level reserves. It's as simple as that.

And obito knowing about how much her seal had is beyond me. The only option is, his information he had on Mito. Which brings me back to the beginning. How did she seal kurama and how did she learn that technique
The Yin Seal

The byakugou can can connect through the person/thing by doing this. And this is the best explanation on how she could've managed to seal him away. Normally they will be transferring chakra but nothing sates they can't absorb spirtual chakra this method. The byakugou is a chakra reservoir. Which means chakra feeds it. So the kuyubi chakra could be absorbed into her seal. And we have seen the byakugou being refilled through Dan spiritual chakra.

Which indicates the Byakugou can receive spirtual chakra and use it. The byakugu even has spiritual ties with katsuyu, so the she can have a spiritual connection with the yin part of kurama (absorb the yin chakra).The uzumakis practiced Yin and Yang Techniques (the seal on the ground resembles yin and yang)

And kurama having a 2 parts means mito can control his power to his full extent.

Her byakugou would hold his yin side, which would make sense because the seal holding that part is called the yin seal. And she would seal the yang part just like the seal minato did. Since the seal originated from the uzumakis

and she was ome of the best sealers, she most likely knew the exact seal and used it to seal the yang part. So with this she could have a complete yin and yang balance with kurama and use his power. How she use the sensing ability.

The byakugou no justu don't necessarily need to be regeneration. It can just flow to give off chakra.

Naruto need the cloak in order for him to sense hostility. So when mito uses byakugo no justu with no regeneration the chakra will flow throughout her body giving her the ability to achieve that sensory technique. Why she used this technique. Back than in meetings with high officials there would be rogue ninjas trying to kill or interpret meetings. An example is Tobirama and the 2nd railkage. They were targeted by Ginkaku and kinkaku. So with this ability she could keep hashirama safe in meetings and look after the village making sure there were no ill/hostile feelings present.

Tsunade was supposed to be the second nine tails jin. Tsunade learnt the seal from mito during the war? But she never fulfilled her duty she knew she would happen. (Tsunade was taught the seal, but she made up her medical ninjustu with it). When orochimaru was having a conversation with katsuyu we learned some important details.

Dan and Tsunade. Since people tend to not look into parallels really when it comes down to Tsunade I'll just point them out. Dan resembles Hashirama with his hair style/character features, and tsunade resembles Mito. If you were to look at it this angel Dan was supposed to become hokage and tsunade the 2nd nine tailed jin, but that never happened do to tragic events.

Have you guys stopped to realize why was kushina picked the be the host. Why her? Obviously the uzumakis had some families inside their clan that had special traits or gifts that would set them apart from regular uzumakis

They specifically kidnapped her because of her chakra, if every uzumaki had that chakra why bother with her? Not everyone can have the nine tails inside them, only certain ones of uzumaki descent can.

Minato just got the chakra and he's complaining about how heavy the chakra is. His body isn't meant to hold the beast. Since naruto was kushina son he was blessed with some of her ability, which allowed him to be able to get the the nine tails sealed inside him without any troubles. But unlike his mother she can took the biju extraction 10x better than naruto, because she is pure blood and naruto isn't.

To further go on the uzumaki having families with special traits. Karin possessed the same ability as kushina.

The only explanation is, this is a blood line move that runs in a family. But since their village was destroyed and karin didn't even grew up in the hidden Eddy, she has no information about clan and family.

Even though sakura isn't a Uzumaki or at least full blood by the information kishi has given us in the manga. There is still a possibility she is a uzumaki or has uzumaki lineage inside her. It takes red to make pink, and the uzumakis's are known for their for red hair

. Tsunade isn't a full blood uzumaki either (she doesn't show any traits besides her durability). So saying sakura has no chance of being a uzumaki is false.

Now chakra control is a huge part in this but shizune may have been wrong, she might have not known how lineage plays a part in the seal. Tsunade herslef dosent know about her clan to the fullest so why should shizune. Something that should be brought up is what if her body wasn't capable of holding such massive chakra?

This is a example. Naruto had so much chakra wrapped around him he shouldn't have been able to move. Now the byakugou stores massive quantities of chakra in one tiny point in the forehead. Shizune forehead wouldn't be able to take that much pressure in her forehead. Which will result in her being paralyzed. Which is why the uzumakis have only been seen using it. They have exceptional bodies in regards to durability (or I should say certain ones ). If you read mito untold story in the spoiler, you would know why I say certain ones.

The byakugou can also be a sign of the uzumaki head family or head in charge
People refer to tsunade as a princess because of her grandfather (hashirama) and grandmother (Mito Uzuzmaki). In RTN = Road to ninja sakura's dad was hokage and she was given a lot of respect. This movie could represent sakura hidden lineage we don't know of, which might be uzumaki desent. If kishi was trying to portray something, it would most like be

Now even though a head branch of the uzumakis was never sated or anything, it's still a possibility. It would make sense because certain traits by strong uzumakis have been passed down: remarkable durability that by far surpasses the other uzumakis, The byakugou seal, chakra chains, and a strong life force. Not saying the other uzumakis durability and life force wasn't strong but these certain ones far outdo what the typical uzumaki is capable of. Now going back to mito untold. Kushina was taken because of a special chakra. If every uzumaki had this soecial chakra, why would they only target her as an individual? A similar situation was hinata being kidnapped. She was part of the head of branch. Which brings me to the conclusion that there is a higher up branch in the Uzumaki Clan that are special and gifted more than the typical uzumaki. And the 9 tails was given to the family that possessed the ability to use byakugou.
When people think byakugou. They think of regeneration or chakra control. Personally I see it as a Uzumaki head branch ritual for the women.
The seal represents a principle you will follow your whole life. Which is why the byakugou seal is not just a chakra resviour. It's a ritual you spend time to achieve. And only 3 known people succeeded at completing it.
Mito Uzumaki: Mito (水戸市 Mito-shi?) is the capital city of Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan,
Konaha is the capital of the land of fire. Mito was then jewel of konaha during her reign as the kuyubi host. Not literally but her husband hashirama was the hokage and she was the first tailed beast of kurama (a Jin was a very important person in the village, they help keep the balance bewteen the 5 freat nations). She was very dedicated and loyal to the cillage and her husband. The 3rd hokage had great respects for her. And she learned love was the way to conquer kurama.
Her seal is based on duty and passion in others. And what techinque did her seal possessed the negative feelings sensing. (Technique was used to keep hashirama and the village safe from others)
Tsunade: "Tsunade" (綱手) means "mooring rope"

A key word is rope. What dose rope have to do with forming the seal. Rope can be fasten to other objects. In tsunade case fastening the ideals and memories of her loved ones. Tsunade cherished the memories of the people she hold deer to her. After her brother died she formed the seal. And after Dan died her lover she left the village further developing the seal (Regeneration) to preven death. This isn't a coincidence. What dose regeneration have to do with rope? Regeneration represents the many cells that are splited and created. Rope is composed of thousands of strands. So basically cells = the strands on rope. Now tsunade proved you can further develop the seal based off the principle your seal was formed on.
Tsunade seal was based on preventing death and holding the memories of others you love close to you.
Sakura: Haruno" means "spring field", and the name "Sakura" means "cherry blossom", a flower which is cherished in Japan due to its beauty and its almost-tragically short life span

Chapter 632 is Sakura greatest moment ever in the manga. Because ever since then she blossomed into a a completely different person. Going back to what I said before about how byakugou is a ritual for the women, in the head branch of the Uzumaki. When Sakura unlocked her seal naruto the son of Kushina Uzumaki who is most likely related to the higher branch recognized instantly. Sakura seal is based of getting stronger as a ninja. So once she activated it she gain a massive power up You can clearly see the shocked expression on naruto's face. Because normally when there is a huge chakra and power emergence people have a shocked face.Sakura is tsunade disciple and carries her will. Don't you find it strange how Sakura unlocked all tsunade's moves without even training with them (Creation rebirth & Byakugou no justu) in order for you to use these techniques you need mass amounts of chakra to simulate the cells simestanesouly. Sakura didn't have mass amounts of chakra before the seal so it's no way she could have been practicing this technique . It's like trying to practice kamui without MS sharigan. Even shizune was shocked she could use katsuyu as a medium for healing right after activating the seal.

Now going back to what I said previously. The seal is formed on principles you follow in life. One of Sakura main purposes in life is getting stronger. And Sakura is carrying tsunade will. Sakura most likely inherited tsunade powers. Now this might sound far fetch but it can be a possibility. Cherry blossoms have short lives, and they die soon (which Sakura name represents). Tsunade seal is based off preventing death. So the byakugou no justu was inherited by her to stop a future death she might face. Which will make since because tsunade was supposed to be mito successor and have the nine tails sealed within her. But due to events that happened in tsunade's life, that never happened. And if tsunade were to be mito sucressor she would've had negative sensing. Because this techinque can help prevent death of others. Tsunade loved Dan and she mostly likey would have married him. Which will repeat a cycle, Dan becomes hokage tsunade is the nine tails jin. This is exactly how mito and hashirama were. Which kishi symbolizes in the manga. Another thing to look at is, Dan. He looks exactly like hashirama (well a younger version). Coincidence again? The whole Mito > Tsinade > Sakura pattern isn't coincidence. Kishi is most likely telling us characters background information, but we as the readers need to read bweteen the lines.
