Well Naruto already took Minato's Rasengan and surpassed it by making his own jutsu, FRS. Sasuke made his own jutsus from Chidori such as Kirin. They take their masters jutsus and improve it to make it their own. Sakura could have taken Tsunade's strength and add it with improved taijutsu she could have learned from Lee, Gai, or Kakashi. Hashirama already compared Sakura's strength to Tsunade's here

First of all its nowhere noted that Sakura actually have a greater power than Tsunade

Yes the fact that Tsunade uses some part of her chakra to keep herself young and still posses this great amount of chakra
If you go by facts than please remember

Pain Arc Tsunade used all her chakra and than she was actually in a coma
She waked up from her coma and her seal was restored
Tsunade had no as much time to fill her reserves as saskura
Sakura had three years time
But tsunade woke up from her coma and from that point untill her fight against madara did not pass so much time
And still she had this huge chakra reserves ( war arc )

Creating something is more difficult than to learn it from an other person

She wasnt storing much after giving up on being a shinobi, she probably only kept a little. As seen when she used creation rebirth to regenerate a few wounds and summon Katsuyu and then she didnt have any left.

Her largest reserve was up to the pain arc. Which is approximately 3 years, the same as Sakura but the thing is Tsunade is always going to use a portion for her looks so Sakura on average should have more chakra to work with.

But more chakra in a fight between 1 shot killers really doesnt matter lol.
