I love how people keep on saying SAKURA is useless.
When in reality she has surpassed TSUNADE.

Tsunade was known for her physical powers & Medical Ninjustu.
She also had the ability to summon KATSUYU & perform STRENGTH OF A HUNDRED TECHNIQUE.
The only draw-back is that it took her many years to master it.

Sakura on the other hand basically mastered it in just 3years.
Her Medical Ninjustu is extraordinary. She summon Katsuyu easily & perform Strength of a hundred technique even going as far as extending it to Obito.

She was also able to give a relative blow against Kaguya [Rabbit Goddess] Thus knocking her off her balance enabling Naruto & Sasuke to seal her.

She has definately been underestimated due to Naruto & Sasuke god-like powers.
Still I think she should be given more credits.

Sakura was failing to heal Shikamaru, Naruto stepped in and saved him then Tsunade came and fully healed him like nothing. Sakura haven't fully surpassed Tsunade but she is close. Sakura also still not a Jounin mentally, she haven't been shown that type of development and they don't care if you have the power, chakra and jutsus for a higher level, if you don't have the mentality for it then you won't be moved up.

Just like how Neji, Naruto and Sasuke were at Chunin level but weren't made Chunins because they weren't there mentally while Shikamaru shown to be mentally capable and was recommended by other ninjas who saw his match. In Shippuden I would put Lee and Shino Jounin level but they were still Chunins (before the war).

Only things Sakura surpassed Tsunade in is her Yin seal usage and strength, Tsunade have taijutsu, experience, medical ninjutsu, knowledge of poisons, antidotes, ect..., speed and can mess up Sakura's nerve system then go on to kill her.
