with the starting distance of 20 meters kirri kirri mai is a non factor, temari has no chance, she lacks close combat feats and isn't faster than sakura.

Sakura can also use katsuyu as shield, i doubt the small windjutsus of temari won't do damage to katsuyu and other damage against sakura will be healed by byakogu.

Temari can avoid sakuras punches to the ground easily, but that won't help her very much, cause she isn't fast enough to close the distance to use kirri kirri mai ( the jutsu still needs prep time).

In the end temari is forced to close combat, where she looses.
If the distance would be farer temari has a good chance to keep sakura at bay, but 20 meters are too short.

Sakura isn't going to instinctively punch the ground like all Sakura supporters assume. She will try to engage in CQC as she had done so on the past. When she faced madara she went straight at him, not punch the ground. She only did so because there were multiple enemies. That being said temari uses her fan all the time, starting off with a kiri kiri is in character.

How comes she didn't start of with KKM against: Shikamaru,Tayuya.
Other than KKM nothing in Temari's Arsenal can hurt Sakura.
Sakura will close in and The only time she'll use KKM is if she's in imminent danger.
Once she engages in CQC it's over.

Sakura wins this battle high diff. She has instant regeneration of his body parts thanks to her new seal plus her incredible strength and attack dodging skills. Those should be enough to keep temari on the defensive.

Implying Sakura would run out of chakra before Temari while Temari is the one attacking...

I don't see how Temari takes Sakura down before she can close the distance and end it.

Without full intel Sakura wins mid difficulty, Temari will start off with her weaker fuuton which Sakura can tank and catch Temari by surprise via punch to the ground while Sakura herself feints death. She's pulled such a feint against Sasori so it should work on Temari.

With full intel, it can go either way high difficulty considering Temari does have the means to put Sakura down by cutting her to pieces but Sakura can use Katsuyu to force Temari to focus on two targets which'll allow Sakura to avoid most of Temari's attacks whereas Temari will have to fend off against katsuyu acid, shockwaves all the while Sakura slowly closes the distance considering she is faster than Temari and can overwhelm her with numbers (Katsuyu clones). Regardless, Temari isn't going to just stand there allowing Sakura to gain the edge, she'll be constantly moving backwards while using her fuuton to blow Katsuyu acid right back at Sakura if she gets the angle correct which she most likely can considering she measured the difference in the angle of the sun despite it being very minor. After a while, with a large amount of dust and smoke on the battlefield, it'll get hard for both kunoichi to dodge each other's attacks but Sakura should have the edge due to superior speed and stamina but Temari has superior range.

I like both but come on this isn't even close. Sakura takes this low difficulty I mean really Temari's wind techniques are practially useless against Sakura who's basically on par with Tsunade in terms of combat prowess and even then Sakura has the Strength of a Hundred Technique and so she could heal from any of Temari's wind techniques. Not to mention that Sakura could definitely outlast Temari as Sakura has better chakra control and more chakra than Temari so yeah Sakura takes this fight low difficulty.
