Since everything is pretty much made with at least a tiny bit of water in it she can easily track movements and changes in the surroundings. The easiest to track are humans because our bodies are composed of a lot of water and they way she tracks movements is by sensing the molecules in the air, the micro-moisture. As something moves through the air, she can sense the disturbances and alert you through the special mindlink, without giving away her position. Same applies for the ground as well. I guess the only issue would be in places like Suna and Iwa where the air is very arid and the ground is very dry. On top of this ability she can manipulate water amazingly well. She can either materialize a very powerful shield around herself and you or she can exhale a powerful jet. The shield is transparent and in the shape of a sphere of sorts, protecting you from top to bottom. On the other hand, the jet has long range reach and it can be very wide and very difficult to avoid or counter.
