DMS Kakashi isn't current Kakashi- that's for another thread. Current Kakashi has no sharingan and is weaker than he was at the beginning of Shippuden.

I think Gai would win in current because he never relied on any visual prowess whereas Kakashi has at times. Already a huge fall in ability for Kakashi.

Well if Narita could reconstruct something that wasn't even there (Kakashi eye) then I'm sure gai is probably completely healed.

Exactly, gai is freaking awesome but using the argument that he would win in 8 gates form which ultimately lead to his death ad well isn't something you could call a win. That the same thing as arguing that I character would win because of death reaper seal.
