Anything, it depends on the location, maybe with Madara himself, even then, he just needs to teleport close enough to cut it, he doesn't need to teleport in front of it. Example :

Let's say his range is 100 m, and his distance to the tree is, let's say, 500m, he only needs to teleport 100 m and then fly the other 400m, I'm pretty sure he can fly 400m in a few seconds (I would link some scans to prove its flying speed, but I'm typing with only one hand, so it's hard enough as it is), adding to his PS slash AoE, he should be more than capable of getting the tree in time.

But with current feats he gets smashed hard by kaguya's chakra fists(Which penetrated through a Rikudo enhanced PS).
