Thats what I thought but oda would use third person pronoun Everytime "they" look at the sky not every time "I".. Unless oda is a character on the ship which only raises more questions.

OR its luffy's captain log being read to his babies by their mommy Hancock.

More logical would be that it's Cricket Montblanck saying that. This is actually his story to a bit + he says 'fairy land' ...
A Strawhat would not say that. They would say Skypea
Unless old and senile ofcourse

Luffy Is Young and senile. Luffy calling it a fairy land because he doesn't understand it makes perfect sense.

Luffy is not the story telling type. He can't even listen to a story for 5 minutes without falling asleep..let alone actually telling it

Nope this is Montbland Cricket. It makes perfect sense

I'll accept it because I doubt luffy can read.

Either Bartolomeo, Cricket or Sabo or maybe Ace talking with Roger and Whitebeard in the afterlife, though the narrator sometimes sounds scholarly.

Edit: It could also be Dadan or Mariko telling her kid the story of Luffy

Edit 2: Final answer is the spirit of the Going Merry.

Seeing as we have seen the merry communicate through boxed speech like that already it makes sense. And the Mini merry could just hold the Spirit of the old merry making it so it can still tell the story.

That seems pretty cliche.
