Hiruzen's 5 grand element attacks could give him the win. Lightning destroys hydrification. Fire + Wind will burn him as well. It just depends how durable Kabuto is.

Enma can protect him from Hakugeki.

Fire + Wind > Kido's webs.

Enma can protect him from bone forest.

Tayuya's flute is the biggest danger, but the fight possibly ends before it gets to that point.

Muki Tensei could be dangerous but Itachi only got hit by it because he instinctively was trying to protect Sasuke at all costs. Edo Hiruzen seems to have retained some decent Taijutsu feats seeing how he cut the Shinjuu branches which Tobirama was failing to do.

Avoiding sound Genjutsu is easy for a Mokuton user. The same way you say sound genjutsu solos I can say about the pollen so let's not do that
