Without ET, Hashirama is out of the question. Kabuto himself admitted inferiority. BM Naruto and BM Minato are like a tier above him as well.

Couldn't technically, Kabuto manipulate the Earth around him, and make a cave to conceal the part in which Madara is standing in Susano'o or the whole Susano'o? I mean:

I'm not sure how far Kabuto's control over inanimate objects goes :/
Muki Tensei undoubtedly has great potential, but we've only seen it in action is one scenario, so again I'm not sure how far his control goes.
