The user charges a massive charge of either positive or negative magnetic chakra into the ground below him, momentarily causing the metal in the area to be draw towards the ground (or objects with a magnetiic charge) and leans his body in the direction he wants to go in, he then gives the soles of his feet the same charge, causing the repulsion of the charges to send him rapidly into the area he has oriented his body. This jutsu is meant for quick engages and disengages to close or create distances between the user and opponent.

I'm failing to understand this jutsu. First you say that you can draw in metal from the area towards the ground, then YOU go towards the ground? How exactly does this work?

Magnetism states that you need a medium to perform the action. You can't just give someone a magnetic charge with your body. Nowhere in the manga does this work like that.

Description: Somewhere in the mountains concealed in Land of Lightening, an area stand out for it's unique rainy clouds, the rain never stops nor does the clouds ever vanish or move. The clouds are stationary as it seems and thus they can only be found there. The secret untold sad story behind that area is that a famous doctor lived there to serve the farmers and heal anyone in need for nothing in exchange. The residence of the mountains suffered a decade of no rain, many immigrated for their lands died out others. The doctor loved his village so much he went to the village hidden in the rain to master the usage of their signature element, Rain release. It wasn't long until the doctor returned only to show his skills in not only the usage of the element but in fuuinjutsu as well, it was discovered that he was essentially a ninja before retiring to become the doctor they knew. He used a technique that sealed away and conscious to constantly generate clouds above the area and thus make it rain more often, however, the technique which he made with whoever taught him the element turned out to be a trick planned by him; The seal caused the rain never to stop and thus to was no longer a valley suited for the farmers to live in, hence it was left. The rain never stopped ever since that day, many tried to stop it but never succeeded to find the body of the doctor. Until a shinobi of Kumogakure came with intentions that all others, he wanted to make use of the rain for he, himself, used to be a shinobi of Amegakure and know who to use the element. He created a scroll connected to the skies of the isolated village, once released, raining clouds are summoned above the user and conceal a large area creating the field required for rain element to be used. The scroll survived through the ages and the story of it was long forgotten except those who possess it. The raindrops have a different chakra nature than that of the user and thus would confuse doujutsu users or those of the ability to identify the nature of the chakra to the possibility of another opponent to exist in the battlefield. Since the rain created from this technique itself is enforced with chakra, rain techniques used by it are stronger and larger than that used by another source of rain, but still weak against rain techniques of higher ranks. This technique can be used by those who did not master rain element as well for the propose of confusing the enemy.

What exactly is a "vacuum shell"?

Description: The user manipulate a large portion of the wind in the area causing it to inject itself into the floor and block the back way back this imprisoning wind into the floor. The field this technique can effect depends on the user’s choice and so does the force the wind’s movement; It can move like a weak gust that cannot be mistaken with anything unnatural or storm downward giving it the scent of offense. Thus, the technique has many aspects of usages; For example, one can focus wind above the enemy/ies to storm downward at him, damming the opponent in the process of the technique’s formation. Another could cause wind from the entire battlefield to move down which means it won’t do any sort of damage in the process. Once the air is underground, the user can make use of it for other wind techniques to burst from beneath upward, downward or sideways depending on the user’s manipulation. Unless the enemy is blessed with doujutsu, the wind cannot be located and thus only the user would be able to use it. The wind prisoned underground can be used to form one S/Forbidden rank technique, two A ranked techniques, or four B ranked techniques until it’s exhausted.

The entities of chakra are harmless but very creepy; They stare at the enemy as they move around, appearing and disappearing, giving him the impression it's their fault they exist.

Too many issues for even a possible approval. First of all, you claim that the scroll was done with Fuuinjutsu, with the backstory. Logically speaking, if you were to use this technique multiple times in various battles, you would need Fuuinjutsu training or approval to do so. Secondly, you can't exactly have rain fall down in a different chakra signature as opposed to your own. Scrolls require you to use your chakra to activate it and chakra is basically a function of nature - if your own chakra isn't sustaining the ability, then whose is? Lastly, I've seen enough variants of making Rain techniques strong or weak.

I fail to understand this jutsu still. How are you supposed to knock the opponent off their feet without them noticing with such a powerful technique? And giving this a trajectory doesn't work for several reasons. Firstly, a trajectory is mainly based off two things: Mass and gravity. If you're aiming this jutsu with significant power behind it, how is it supposed to "curve", especially when it isn't a solid object, but a mere construct?

As Scavengers, their stomach is filled with the previously mentioned, with the usage of chakra, vultures of the empire could throw up the contents of their stomach and bullet it at targets to infect them, perfume them with an awful smell and causing them to breath in such infectious microbes and their eyes as well. The enemy will face breathing malefaction and vision problems as well as giving the enemy hell if they had any open injuries for the vomit to spread upon. This technique can target multiple opponents which are in the same direction.

Wait a second. Are you stating that the vulture already has all that shit in his stomach or does he need to acquire it from somewhere until using that attack? Secondly, exactly what is the scale of this jutsu if it can target multiple opponents?

Custom Summoning Contract :

(Kuchiyose : Norowareta chikyū) - Summoning : Cursed Earth
Type: Supplementary

Description:
The user makes 2 hand seals and swipes blood across their barnacle tattoo, they build up a large amount of water in their mouth and shoot it out as a harmless torrent of D-Rank water which would have a group of barnacles that would hit an Earth Technique where they will attach to it and using their own chakra corrupt it, directing it at their will towards another direction - this works on Earth Techniques up to A-Rank. When the barnacles have finished with the earth technique they can summon their own small water source as transport over to another Earth technique to repeat the process, though this costs a move and if you want the Barnacles to move otherwise they will extend their their appendages and use them to move across the ground strong enough to hold up their shells and body so they can essentially walk - to speed up their travel they will jump across the ground and will be only a little slower than the average shinobi this way, since they're very small they'd be hard to spot.

Not all Earth Techniques can be corrupted of course, the Earth has to be solid and not in the form of mud or anything that can't be traveled through. If the Earth technique is latched to the ground and can be manipulated to move, the Barnacles can prevent the Earth from growing any further if it hasn't fully developed (Like preventing a Cage to fully form or spikes from impaling someone).

These Barnacles are of the Thoracica "Acorn" kind and have a Calcite Shell so they cannot be killed or removed by simple blades, the opponent can't even cut off the section of clothing they are latched onto as they are actually pressed up against their skin through the clothing using chakra. C-Rank or below elemental ninjutsu cannot break through the shells bar lightning, which is only D-Rank. Earth does not harm the Barnacles because they must latch onto them to use their corruption technique, unless the technique is aimed specifically at them then they can withstand B-Rank Earth Techniques.

✦ Declined, for one, summonings with abilities can generally only be summoned once. Second, this is an A rank summoning that can change direction of earth jutsus A rank and below, being immune to earth jutsu B rank and below by default, and C rank and below elemental jutsu. Wut? I'm already not in favor of the earth ability as it's too powerful and unrestricted. And the water ability is out of place if they are an earth based summoning, it has no value here. Plus, if this is A rank, it's only working on B rank earth and below for me ✦

The user can either do the normal summoning method or bite their thumb, wipe it on the summoning tattoo and then slam the ground. These are Acrothoracica type barnacles and they are summoned into the ground where they burrow into it, creating thousands of little slits in the earth all up to the max of Mid-Range all around the user. This summon uses it's tendrils by sticking them out of their burrowed homes and feel any movement above them, sending the information back to the contract signer(s) of where the enemy is on the earth, their tendrils can be damaged but they usually retreat into their burrows if anything damaging starts to spread across the ground (like fire) and when it has dispersed they reappear. These barnacles disallow the opponent from using any jutsu using chakra that come from the ground up to A-Rank in their vicinity because they now have complete control of the earth stopping any chakra from from above the surface. The Barnacles can also attack the opponent, releasing a large amount of Mud in the form of a 7 meter tall pillar from the slits in the ground from underneath the opponent that will blast them into the air with no warning, it causes no significant damage to the opponent and just takes them off guard.

Description:
The Signer of the Barnacle Contract is capable of manipulating the Shell around the Barnacles to an extent as the Thoracica Barnacles themselves can also, so the user would perform bite their thumb and rub the blood over their Tattoo and the shell would then form over the actual Tattoo. The User can then manipulate to form ninja tools or weapons; small tools like Kunai and Shuriken can be made in threes, whereas large tools like swords and spears come in singles - since these shells can only be manipulated to an extent, once the form is taken it cannot be changed. All "Thoracica" Type Barnacles can use this, manipulating their shells so that the essentially grow and they become spiked like many needles are protruding from them. They user doesn't have to shape it into anything and it can remain as a shell plating on their tattoo for protection.

There is also another use which allows the user to form the shell so that it is spiked and can be shot at forward away from where the tattoo is on the body - the spikes are like senbon only slightly thicker and will send a flurry of them outwards but will only be within Short range. The Shell can stand up to all elements up to C-Rank except from lightning which it can only withstand up to D-Rank as it can easily pierce and shatter it.

I'm super confused. What exactly is this corruption? You use a D-Rank water AND summon them, and then what do they do? You're literally pulling off three moves at once.

They can then manipulate to form ninja tools or weapons; small tools like Kunai and Shuriken can be made in threes, whereas large tools like swords and spears come in singles - since these shells can only be manipulated to an extent, once the form is taken it cannot be changed and the barnacle usually creates these tools for the user but they can launch them (small tools like Kunai, Senbon, Shuriken) towards enemies at short range as well if need be. Hold on. If these barnacles gets spikes all over them, how the hell are you going to throw them? And wtf? Becoming swords is really pushing it, I'm still confused as to how these work. How are they even supposed to act as tools when they're technically summons?

Description: Allows the chaos of one’s mind to find solace in the heart of a wild beast. The practitioner will charge towards the target, moving in a zig-zag line to evade an incoming attack, empowered by chakra for greater speed and evasiveness, before launching a series of 7 punches or kicks. In this freestyle motions, the user is meant to physically mimic an animal, and acquire it’s mannerisms, similar to Shaolin Kung Fu. As the practitioner moves, the illusion shifts the body, turning to that of an animal, which punches or slashes through any surrounding illusion ( Of the same rank ). The illusionary animal can either walk along the physical body of the user, which metamorphed into the illusion, or separate (creating a distraction), thus allowing the practitioner to either walk unnoticed or enhance one’s advance. Each physical strike that connects with the target will shift and shatter the illusion for a moment, until the final strike that releases it completely.
Alternatively, the user can simply metamorph a part of the body, the one primarily being used, into either a part of an animal or even inanimate objects and weapons, like a blade for slashing motions, or an hammer for punching motions. This is considered a weaker technique, B ranked ( 20 chakra, 40 damage points ), but can be used indefinitely, with the same turn cool down.

✦ Declined, issues here. For one, this will never be able to be used indefinitely at any rank. Too exploitable. And the evading aspect is also exploitable; by the logic of empowering jutsu with chakra to increase your speed, then any jutsu that increases chakra would be able to be evade incoming jutsu. Also, something I should have pointed out in your submission when I approved it: The misleading and wide movements of these jutsus, the taijutsu movements I mean, can never collide with Drunken Fist jutsu or my Drunken Monkey Fist CFS, same as with the genjutsu's created effects. Also, these are two different genjutsus, the first allowing you to create creatures and animals, while the second is a genjutsu that changes how the body looks, the weapons part and the parts of animals being a separate jutsu of it's own. ✦

✦ Declined, I'm unsure about this. If it lasts 4 turns and you keep "refreshing" the illusion, isn't it going to be rather difficult to completely break it as you could simply refresh it, essentially casting it again for the cost of 5 chakra. 3 usages a battle, each usage being four turns, translates to 12 turns of this. Even if it is just a genjutsu that is pose triggered, seeing as to the effect's this genjutsu could have, that is too much. The 3 times per battle is okay, but lower it to 3 turns and clarify my first point about the refreshing and breaking of it. Everything besides that is fine✦

The user of this technique will summon a larvae on him/herself, and the other on any Box short range from the user, allowing the user to charge chakra through the Coco Macaque that will be felt by the Box, and the other way around as long as the larvae are in the user's and targeted Box's possession. Through a common understanding, the different intensities of the chakra information or frequency of information allows messages to be sent through any distance.
*It transfers just a signal, a small fluctuation. It is neither able to break someone from a genjutsu or block an attack like Minato's technique. It's like morse code. It's purpose is the same as morse code, being a form of primitive communication.*

Description: Allows the user to summon and vanish members of the Coco Macaque Clan.These are Cubozoan Larvae that don't mature into polyp or medusa, retaining their larvae shape through their life cycle. These larvae are all linked together by chakra, so much so that, by charging chakra through one will be felt by the others. The user of this technique can thus summon a larvae on him/herself, allowing the user to charge chakra through the Coco Macaque that will be felt by anyone else with access to a different Coco Macaque. Through a common understanding, the different intensities of the chakra information or frequency of information allows messages to be sent through any distance.

This made the Coco Macaque not very intelligent, since they aren't fully capable of thought, and rumor has it that the entire Coco Macaque Clan was created as a slave caste by previous Barons. They behave more like tools rather than actual summons, despite being summoned as one. They possess no nematocysts in their skin, which would leave them defenseless. To counter it, each Coco Macaque as the kanji for "Box", an inherited sealing storage which can be accessed manually by charging chakra through one of the Coco Macaque, unsealing the "Box" key in any Coco Macaque, or by having someone foreign to the Cubozoa Contract gain physical contact with a Coco Macaque, where the foreign chakra will activate the seal on that individual.

The sealing is pretty similar to any of Ten Ten's techniques, summoning small spears made of dried nematocysts, with scalpel-tip, that can spill cubozoan venom. These act as tiny needles, and each unsealing summons 1 spear, no bigger than 2 cm, that pierces the target in close contact (does not shoot off by itself). Each is considered E rank, though it costs no chakra. It's, in essence, an artificial nematocyst, and, stand alone, produces little damage. The seal itself is good for one spear each, unable to open to unseal another spear.

Main Usage: The way the user summons these Coco Macaque is by drawing blood, performing 2 handseals, and clapping the hands together, spitting a swarm of these small larvae that can spread around through water, the air or the underground. They will cover an area of around 15 meters radius. The Coco Macaque will then stay beneath the surface of any inanimate passive substance, like tree trunks or the ground itself. For 4 turns, each Coco Macaque will process chakra and detect chakra, thus, when in close contact with foreign chakra, they will rise the spear. After the 4 turns, they will simply dry up and die, even in humid surfaces, never, at any point, reverse summoning themselves, because they don't have the autonomy to do so, creating dry shells of larva with the "Box" inscription, beneath the surface of the terrain.

Supplementary Usage: The user is able to use these Coco Macaque as actual Ninjutsu, by summoning just a few individuals. They require no blood, and only 1 handseal. This allows one to summon a small larvae on their body, or in the body of any Box or fellow summoner. Each Coco costs 5 chakra, the same as an E rank technique, and each usage can summon up to 4 Coco Macaque at once, counting as 1 jutsu as a whole. These Coco Macaque stay alive indefinitely, yet, while having the seal, do not have the ability to summon needles, they serve purely as messengers between Boxes and Humans.

Needles can surgically pierce most clothing and armor materials, except they only have 2 cms, making them useless if triggered by a boot, or a chest armor, for example. Each Coco Macaque unseals only 1 spear, drying off and falling harmless to the floor afterwards. Once dead they do not transmit chakra.

Description: Hikari is not just one weapon but essentially a set of two, one tonfa for each hand. A tonfa is essentially a bracket shaped gauntlet with handles to grip. A tonfa is extremely useful in battle as they can be used as an extension of the user's arm or used to brace/block in combat. Hikari was created by Gecko who desired a new weapon, one that suited him more. So he forged two tonfas out of an indestructible yet light weight material. Hikari is essentially clear in color but has a black band near the handles for style. There is one small hole within the handle of each tonfa. Through this hole Hikari's special ability is brought forth. By channeling fire chakra constantly into Hikari it becomes super heated, but along with this super heat which burns the opponent upon contact, a super heated flammable and translucent gas seeps from that hole. This gas is infused with the user's chakra so it can be manipulated away from Gecko to avoid doing damage to himself. This gas is highly flammable and through each strike with Hikari the built up heat within the tonfas and the friction gathered through each strike causes the tonfas to ignite. Burning visibly, the flames are different as the burn the color of the user's soul. (Cosmetic depending on which bio) Hikari's main use in close quarters include holding the tonfas parallel to the arm to block and strike, rotating the tonfas to extend them outward and even throwing the tonfas as projectiles if needed.
Note: The tonfas due to their versatile shape can use all weapon dependent ninjutsu at the cost of chakra.
Note: Can only be used by Gecko and the people I teach

He is 4 ft in girth and 11 ft long. Do to his enormous size Otokooya can only be summoned in large bodies of water. Otokooya was raised in the waters Amegakure. When he was a child there was an oil spill and that is the reason he is the only black otter. The oil had a significant impact on his body's capability. The oil caused his furs to grow more compactly together. Causing his furs to be extremely dense, allowing him to resist up to C Rank ninjutsu. In Amegakure folklore it was said that the reason for it always raining was because of the abundance of the otters in their waters. So whenever Otokooya is summoned black clouds are formed above the user and it begins to rain. Otokooya's chakra is linked directly to the clouds so he can feel disturbances in the air and react appropriately. Otokooya being able to only move freely in the water he has grown adapt to the element of water. Due to this Otokooya can freely use all water jutsus the water knows that don't require hand seals. Otokooya being the grand otter and father of all otters is the only otter that can speak.

You need to clarify a bunch of things. Firstly, the oil rain. Exactly what is the range of this? You said it forms above the user, but if it's only raining on him, then what's the point? Also, standing on top of him without others being able to sense his presence? How is that logical when

Description: The user performs 2 brief hand seals then molds a large amount of chakra into the compacted form of a singular coin. The coin glows a bright light blue color and is about the size of the average currency coin in Naruto (Quarter). From long range the coin is near impossible to see from mid range the coin just appears as a light blue blob and at short range it can be distinctly seen. The coin materializes along the top of the user's thumb while the rest of the fingers wrap around in a fist almost. The user then flicks his thumb upward flicking the coin forward towards the opponent. The coin flickers through the air rotating and gathering force, about half way the user clicks his teeth and via shape manipulation the coin can do one of two things. The coin can expand into a massive coin which falls down onto the opponent from above crushing him. Or the coin multiplies into 10 smaller coins which attack the opponent head on and pelt like bullets or needles in Naruto context. The coin is buoyant in nature meaning it can travel across water, land or through the air the same effect occurs in the end. Before the coin's effect a cloud of smoke occurs and through the smoke the actual attack happens. The coin can be used for supplementary purposes, meaning only occurring for role play. The user says something cool like "Oh I forgot to tip you" In the dawn tavern and flicks the coin behind him. When it hits the ground it causes a small fire or explosion.

(紫煙 Fukai Pa-Puru)- Deep Purple

Description: Deep Purple is a long thick pipe. Approximately 3 meters in length and a few inches in diameter. Around the bell of the pipe it is very deep and round. Being around the same size as Gaara's gourd in that area. Despite Deep Purple's massive size it isn't too heavy. Ragna is usually seen carrying it over his shoulder with one hand. Along the inside of deep Purple itself is a wooden inside with tiny pieces of charcoal and other flammable objects. Allowing friction to occur naturally on the inside to create more smoke. Now Deep Purple's main purpose aside from smoking is battle. Ragna can use deep Purple as a medium for most of his smoke attacks. Deep Purple can release smoke without Ragna having to blow through it. But this isn't always a good thing So Ragna created a lid to top off the pipe so smoke doesn't fully come out. In battle it's a waste of time to have to pry open a lid for anything. So there are 5 buttons along the side of Deep Purple all with different commands. Similar to that of a saxophone just with different colors and different purposes.


The Buttons/Abilites:

(燃 Kashou) Burn: The button second from the mouth piece and between store and open, it is a red button. In this compartment explosive tags are stored. All smoke for the user’s jutsu will travel through this compartment. Smoke ninjutsu emitting from Deep Purple will gain the addition of explosive tags hidden within them giving all smoke ninjutsu of the user +10
Cannot be activated with Leak

(漏 Deguchi) Leak: The button furthest from the mouth piece but still within reach and last button, it is a golden button. Deguchi is usually pressed at the beginning of battle and causes all smoke within Deep Purple to slowly seep out and under the lid and through small holes along the body. The smoke released from leak blocks vision of both the user and the opponent. When Deguchi is used C rank smoke is released once per round. Smoke begins to freely flow out of deep purple around Ragna up to mid range. It makes it harder for him to be seen, and he can use the surrounding smoke as a source for various smoke ninjutsu.

Cannot be activated with Burn


(閉 Soba) Close: This is used to cancel any of the above abilities activated to conserve usage/chakra and alternate between uses.


Restrictions:
The use of Burn individually results in a +10 to smoke ninjutsu.

Deep Purple can release smoke without Ragna having to blow through it. But this isn't always a good thing So Ragna created a lid to top off the pipe so smoke doesn't fully come out. In battle it's a waste of time to have to pry open a lid for anything. So there are 3 buttons along the side of Deep Purple all with different commands. Similar to that of a saxophone just with different colors and different purposes.


The Buttons/Abilites:

(燃 Kashou) : In this compartment explosive tags are stored. All smoke for the user’s jutsu will travel through this compartment. Smoke ninjutsu emitting from Deep Purple in this state will gain the addition of explosive tags hidden within them, giving all smoke ninjutsu of the user +10 bonus in power.
Cannot be activated while Leak is active

(漏 Deguchi) Leak: The button furthest from the mouth piece but still within reach, it is a golden button,and causes smoke within Deep Purple to slowly seep under the lid and through small holes along the body. The smoke released from leak blocks vision of both the user and the opponent. When Deguchi is used unranked smoke is released up to mid range. It makes it harder for the user to be seen, and he can use the surrounding smoke as a source for various smoke ninjutsu.
Cannot be activated while burn is active

(閉 Soba) Close: This is used to cancel any of the above abilities activated to conserve usage/chakra and alternate between uses.


Note the user may activate the abilities through chakra while contact is made with Deep Purple

Okay, I can't just have you forever having +10 on your Smoke ninjutsu with the first ability. Add some restrictions as it is S-Rank. Also, for your second one, how are you supposed to target the enemy if the smoke blocks vision for you as well? I understand if it's just naturally leaking out, but it doesn't seem logical at the moment.

In many concepts of the eastern world the Dragon and Tiger represent the balance of our world through their different energies much like Yin and Yang. Taking this concept into account the user will attack in these different styles to create one of the most powerful sword strikes in the NW. Holding two swords the user will channel chakra into their blade and attack straight at the enemy with one blade and then twirl the other in a spinning motion while swinging that arm, in an arc fashion, toward the other arm so that the blades meet. The force and chakra creates shockwaves that travel with these strikes. With manipulation, the arm swinging the spinning blade will form a Dragon shaped entity that travels around the user while the straightforward thrust forms a tiger image. The blade that is spinning will meet with the other thrusting blade creating a powerful strike in which the Tiger image zooms straight toward the enemy with the Dragon spinning around it, creating slicing waves that rip everything in its path up to mid range with a 10 meter radius. The process can be done fairly fast allowing it to be performed in close range battles.

Note:The spiraling Dragon forms a cylindrical shape so its diameter is 10 meters which means it covers the area up to mid range and 5 meters on either side (left/right) moving laterally

The description needs a lot of work. I'm having a terribly hard time picturing this to work in battle. Is this supposed to happen at short or mid range? Also, what exactly happens first? You said shockwaves and stuff are created when the blades meet, but what's the point of the dragon/tier then?

Description: This is a special mode that was created when shonnen was watching a barbarian movie, he was amazed at the super strength and super resistance that the barbarians have then at once he started to focus his raw chakra all around his body making it concentrated at each part and having a clear mind which was only thinking of the barbarians. At first nothing happened but with further concentration and focus he was able to activate the barbarian mode which added to his body's resistance and strength in such a way that his body was resistant to any B rank and below attacks and also his strength could make him rip apart any A rank earth and below.

- The mode lasts for four rounds.
- The mode can only be activated once in a battle.
- Can only be taught by Shonnen.
- The user cannot do any earth jutsu for the next two rounds after the mode has been switched off.

This is incorporated into free-form taijutsu and taijutsu that doesn't require chakra usage and can be used to extend the reach of a strike out to 5 meters, however instead of dealing blunt force trauma like a normal punch or kick the scorch flames pass through the opponent much like the cannon uses. This can create immediate damage to their body. By channeling the scorch flames through the opponent through the use of taijutsu as well as movements of the arms and legs the user can achieve similar repercussions to the cannon technique Extremely Steaming Murder in a more localized manner. They can attack vital organs forcing them into a dehydrated and fatigued state simply by knowing where in the body they are located and striking that area with punches or kicks reinforced and augmented by the scorch.

The torrents, pulses and streams are only released with the user punches, kicks or attacks with some form of taijutsu.

-Can be used five times a battle and once per turn
-Can be used to create four torrents, pulses or streams uses because the opponent is coming into direct contact with the scorch flames thus the reactions are almost immediate. It can also cause severe to nearly fatal damage if properly and skillfully directed.

-Declined- Scorch Release can't be used to release "pulses", it doesn't have the physical capacity to do so, and the effects of this technique is quite drastic, you need to tone it down a lot, and extending the range of Taijutsu techniques is a no, that needs to be removed, needs a duration limit and reduce the amount of uses in a battle to twice, with a maximum of 3 turns for each usage.

Again the 2nd to 3rd degree burns are too much. Google images of those types of burns (if you don't have a weak stomach >.>) and you'll see they're pretty serious injuries. Those types of injuries would be more than just a hindrance to the opponent. Another problem I'm having with this is that it can be used on vital areas (i.e. head, heart, etc.) for what's essential a one hit KO, and one that has no warning. All you need to do is touch them and its GG. There needs to be some indication prior to the touching that something is happened.

Hold on, I'm confused. So, for this technique to be executed, you need to be in body contact with the opponent. Then, at the bolded part, you mention that you can stop the technique with a solid structure in between? I mean, I get the part that where it shows that you are charging the technique beforehand, but what exactly do you mean by "scorch flames" traveling? Need to clarify the nature of this jutsu.

Description: The user channels shakuton chakra into the ground while also releasing it as a vortex around their body creating what appears to be a massive wave of scorch flames that take on the appearance of a massive vortex. The shakuton chakra forced into the ground causes it to become rapidly desiccated to the point of cracking and breaking leaving jagged rocks that protrude from the ground while the rest is converted to a dense sand-like material (the user in no way controls this it is a side effect of the rapid drying out of the ground.) The ground all around the user's position begins to crumble inward like a massive sink-hole/mud crack sucking in everyone and everything on the ground (the immediate area around the user is unaffected.) This process kills off any Wood, Plant, Root, or Mushroom jutsu being strong enough to suck the moisture from it leaving it as nothing more then a husk unusable by the opponent this extends to even Forbidden rank jutsu of those aforementioned elements.
The vortex of scorch flames creates enough heat to highly restrict the opponent leaving him or her only able to use two techniques the next turn while also leaving them in a severely fatigued and slowed state. Their chest will feel as if it is on fire due to the rapid desiccation of their body and their skin will peel and crack causing them severe pain. The scorch flames can be manipulated to attack the opponent further washing over them in the form of a wave that leaves them in a near fatal state. Losing only three liters of water can cause heat exhaustion. The symptoms include, confusion, a severe headache, severe chest pain, nausea, and dizziness. This can happen in seconds of the use of this jutsu and if prolonged the opponent becomes more vulnerable (1 turn.) Losing 6 liters causes incapacitation and happens in two turns if the opponent doesn't properly negate this jutsu they will die by the end of the third turn it's active. All water natural or jutsu created is evaporated instantly and any water jutsu used simply evaporates while being released.
The user is affected by this jutsu to a lesser extent but is still affected none the less. They will get a severe headache due to the heat and will only be able to use one more jutsu the turn this is used. They will also feel most of the symptoms of heat exhaustion to a lesser extent then the opponent feeling slightly fatigued as well as having mild chest pain.

My problem with this is that if you're sucking everything around you into a vortex, so while you do state that the ground around you is unaffected, I found that very odd given the force of this jutsu it doesn't seem logical at all. Also, somewhere in your description, you also state that the user can release a second wave of scorch. Sounds like a second move count and it's also too OP at the moment.

You still need to straighten out a few aspects here. Firstly, there seems to be no possible way to appropriately counter this right now. Give it handseals or perhaps a charge-up time like Crocodile in the video (nice reference to One Piece, by the way). As for the effects on the opponent, you say that certain things happen after an X amount of turns or minutes, but what is this due to? The atmosphere? You can't possibly be using this jutsu still after two turns. Also, needs better restrictions, don't forget this is a F-Rank.

(Tairei: Poppu Gurīn ) - Oversoul: Pop Green

Description: A simple jutsu with different uses, Pop Green is one of the most flexible jutsus made for Oversoul. The overall concept is focused around channelling chakra into a piece of cloth and shaping it into a ball/marble like shape, each just bigger than a baseball, allowing the user to comfortably hold it in hand and throw/kick it, or alternatively having it shoot off towards the required area through chakra manipulation. Upon it's formation and travel, the user can time this jutsu and perform a single hand seal (which differentiates depending on what the outcome is to be), causing the ball to erupt and unleash strings and cloths for different purposes.

The first type is one known as the Vermilion Bird (Zhu Que) of the South. After the piece of cloth is thrown and formed into a highly condensed baseball size ball made of Cloth, the user performs the Dragon hand seal causing it to suddenly erupt releasing hundreds thin strings of cloth which would appear to form a large Vermillion bird, soaring through the sky using the cloth linings to capture, bind, and even suffocate (if concentrated around the face area) opponents. The strings made of extremely thin cloth would get tighter and tighter, piercing throw opponents skin, causing them bleed from the areas affected and becoming even more painful the longer they're wrapped around the opponent. They would be able to travel at speeds comparable to that of Lightning jutsu, allowing them to even capture incoming jutsus which may be coming towards the user, capturing and sending them a different way, or even back at the opponent if they're physical objects. The strings have a 10 meter reach, allowing the bird's dispersed bands of cloth linings to capture almost anything around the immediate area, tangling itself around objects and opponents alike, with absolute ease.

The second type is one known as the Black Turtle (Xuan Wu) of the North. After the formation of the highly condensed cloth ball, the user performs the Dog hand seal, causing the ball to erupt releasing hundreds of pieces of cloth which spiral around each other, forming a compressed shell which would be 5 meters in both height and diameter (maximum size, can be reduced if needed). The shell is able to provide great protection against any Ninjutsu the same rank and lower due to spirally and woven cloth straps, making it quite density as well as extremely compressed. This feature has allowed this jutsu to become one of the greatest defensive jutsus of the Oversoul fighting style. This type doesn't do damage like the others, unless the opponent runs into it at speeds, in which case blunt damage would be dealt.

The third type is one known as the White Tiger (Bai Hu) of the West. In this case the user would perform the Tiger hand seal, causing the ball to explode releasing extremely thin threads of cloth and lining, giving them much greater sharpness and resilience, acting like iron threads. This is the most offensive type in this sequence of jutsus and has the ability to deal grievous damage if not appropriately countered before it makes contact with the enemy. The strings of this jutsu are roughly 10 meters long and can be manipulated to perform synchronised attacks, closing spots which may otherwise be used by opponents to escape.

~ Each type can only be used once per battle, and after using one type, the user must wait 2 turns before being able to use the others. After using a type, the same turn the user can't use oversoul techniques over A-rank, whilst the next turn he is left unable to use Oversoul techniques over S-rank. Can only be taught by Erzo.

✦ Declined, while I like this a lot, a few issues exist. The cloths are infused with raw chakra, so the second form wouldnt be able to deflect jutsus of equal rank if they are Elemental Ninjutsu as Elem. Ninjutsu > Raw Chakra Ninjutsu. The part about controlling the threads to perform synchronized attacks is iffy as it can be exploited up to mid range from the threads. if used in mid range, it can literally affect the entire field with freeform movements. I understand what you mean but it needs to be clarified more for the sake of others. Other than that, I like this lol ✦

Description: The user would release high frequency and low energy sound waves, using them to catch anybody who's ears they fall on to induce a fear based genjutsu. The genjutsu would make the opponent believe they have Agoraphobia, a fear of open space and the outside. As soon as they are caught in this illusion, the opponent(s) would find themselves struggling to breath as a panic attack takes place, however, unlike their new fear, the panic attack is very real and a normal reaction to having a phobia of the open space and outside and finding themselves in such situation. This deals heavy mental stress which is only temporary, for as long as the genjutsu isn't released. Of course this jutsu will only be effective if used outside, and in open spaces and would not do anything if used in an enclosed space. The results of the stress on the mind and panic attack which ensue after the use of the Genjutsu results in the opponent not being able to focus chakra points of 30 and higher, but would allow every other jutsu to occur as normal, due to lack of chakra needed.
~ Can only be used three times and must wait two turns upon each usage. Those this jutsu is used on would struggle to control their bodily movements as they're in a moment of panic meaning organised hand movements are impossible, they'd also struggle with their breathing, however chakra bursts and pain-related releases would work as normal.

✦ Declined, okay I almost approved this but then I noticed something: This is an A rank that would make any jutsus of 30 chakra and higher useless for a while. You later include that chakra bursts can break it, but that would be impossible by your wording; an A rank genjutsu would require an S rank chakra surge to break it, meaning 40 chakra. With this gen as it makes handseals impossible to form, and A rank and above jutsu useless as well, it leaves only a small window to break it. I can't allow both paralyzation and preventing chakra surges to break it, you'll need to fix that part some. ✦

Description: The user would release high frequency and low energy sound waves, using them to catch anybody who's ears they fall on to induce a fear based genjutsu. The genjutsu would make the opponent believe they have Agoraphobia, a fear of open space and the outside. As soon as they are caught in this illusion, the opponent(s) would find themselves struggling to breath as a panic attack takes place, however, unlike their new fear, the panic attack is very real and a normal reaction to having a phobia of the open space and outside and finding themselves in such situation. This deals heavy mental stress which is only temporary, for as long as the genjutsu isn't released. Of course this jutsu will only be effective if used outside, and in open spaces and would not do anything if used in an enclosed space. The results of the stress on the mind and panic attack which ensue after the use of the Genjutsu results in the opponent not being able to focus chakra points of 30 and higher, but would allow every other jutsu to occur as normal, due to lack of chakra needed.

Those this jutsu is used on would struggle to control their bodily movements as they're in a moment of panic meaning organised hand movements are slightly harder to perform, however this does not mean they're impossible so the opponent can still move and function as normal, albeit with slightly more difficulty, they'd also struggle with their breathing, however chakra bursts and pain-related releases would work as normal.

Descrition: is a Katana forged in ancient times by a man who had specialized in the Earth element. After his death, the Katana was buried within the ground before being found due to erosion of the land. The Katana has two abilities of its own, these abilities allow it to change it's direction. For example, whilst the tip of the sword is facing forwards, the user can command the sword to suddenly change it's angle and turn to 90 degrees from the centre of the Katana leaving the hilt and the bottom piece of the Katana unaffected, whilst the top tip of the Katana would now be facing to either the users left or right. It also has the ability to extend half a meter forward, as if the user had performed a quick yet powerful thrust with the Katana itself. In addition to that, the blade itself is indestructible (doesn't mean it can destroy anything and everything.) The Katana is roughly smaller than the length of Zabuza's SSOTM Sword, whilst being considerably thinner.

Description: The staff known as Aiwendil is one which has a height of roughly one and half meters, made of wood which is reinforced on the inside with a hard unknown metal which makes the staff indestructible, however this does not mean it can destroy anything and everything. At the top end of the staff the wooden structure opens up to reveal what appears to be a crystal ball similar to that which Hiruzen used in naruto pre-shippuden to watch Naruto. The staff is somewhat sentient in the sense that it has an aura of it's own and knows the difference between the user and others who may try to wield it but due to it's structure, it does not have the means to move independently. In terms of abilities, the staff has the ability to change it's vibrational frequency, allowing it to mimic different forms of energy and/or matter which comes close to it's vicinity (short range). This ability allows it to nullify physical and/or energy attacks which are in short range within it by altering its vibrational frequency to displace the incoming form of energy and/or matter. In order to use this ability, the user must simply focus chakra into Aiwendil and the staff would use that chakra to perform this defensive technique. This ability requires 40 chakra points and because of the high chakra count needed to use it, it can only be used twice per battle. Due to the way it works, it is able to nullify attacks regardless of rank or power. This move is known as Istari's Will.

Moreover, the staff also uses the crystal which resides at the top of it to be wielded in battle to give the user an advantage. This feature is able to reach out to mid range and require the user to first send chakra into the staff, albeit a smaller amount as compared to the first ability. Once the user sends 30 chakra points into Aiwendil, the crystal would release a bright shinning light which would act as a flash, blinding the opponent. However, all those who are on the receiving end of the flash of light are caught in a genjutsu which uses sight to capture it's targets. Within the genjutsu, the opponent would find themselves pierced with what appears to be Lightning spears, these spears would 'hit' the opponents just as they try to once again regain their eyesight after the sudden flash. The spears would once hitting the opponent spiral/coil around all their limbs, leaving them standing still, almost as if they were crucified, unable to move and in immense pain, slowly bleeding out. This would count as an A-ranked genjutsu and can only be used 3 times per battle. This move is known as A view of Gladden Fields.

In addition, the user has the ability to channel 20 chakra points into the staff and split into two smaller (both girth and length would be halved) staffs which can be used as way to have dual weapons when required. The staffs would still have chakra channelled into them when separated, and would retain their strong characteristics. Moreover, on top of that they have the ability to vibrate mildly, allowing them to deflect other weapons which may come into contact with them. This does no grievous harm if used directly to hit a human target but will violently push them away whilst causing some blunt damage which could lead to bruising. It's generally more useful when being used to deflect other type of weapons or thrown Kunais. The ability is considered B-ranked (damage dealt and chakra needed.) This vibrating feature is a jutsu named Yaznog's Demise. Lastly, the user can use the crystal to act as flash bombs, but without the genjutsu. This would be to simply blind the opponent and only requires 5 chakra points.

~ All of the abilities would count as part of the users jutsus excluding the flash bomb feature which is just a fancy way of using a flash bomb without physically throwing it on the floor, but remaining just as effective and not any more dangerous. Due to this, it can be performed passively, becoming quite useful when in close quarter combat. To use Istari's Will, and Yaznog's demise, the user must have some training in Sound as they're both sound based concepts. Yaznog's Demise can be used without the separating Aiwendil, chakra cost and damage would remain the same and the ability would remain activated until deactivated by the user, costing 5 chakra points each turn left in use.

✦ Declined, alright for one the first ability. You say it works by channeling 40 chakra, which is equal to an S rank jutsu. Logically, it's not going to work on anything over S rank, and A rank in relation to abilities it's weak to. The genjutsu abilities is fine by the last one contradicts itself with the restriction. For one, you mention that they have the ability to vibrate and deflect weapons, something you only note when talking about the staff being split into two but later say it can be used with the full staff. Yaznog's Demise would be tied to the dual staffs whereas Istari's Will will be tied to the full staff, not both and Yaznog needs to be defined more clearer. It says it can deflect attacks but of what strength and speed? Logically some attacks should be able to bypass this if they're either fast enough or are of a stronger elemental affinity and rank. And the flash bomb thing is iffy....not sure how I feel about it yet. ✦

✦ Declined, I actually researched Stonefish in the past. They are indeed venomous, but after being heated, this venom is harmless in real life, something I'd expect translates over for them. And this camouflaging ability isn't going to mean they can passively change the color of their body. Also, no to the part about Earth and Water techniques. Summonings cannot use more than one element, and that implies they have both earth and water. And a definite no to the casting genjutsus through their dorsal fins, that is a clear no ✦

If the opponent would take time to actually look at the area where a stonefish would camouflage, he would manage to see it. Stonefish have a very unique chakra circulatory system which allows them to produce and manipulate water or earth techniques as well as produce their unique venom from their bodies in both a liquid and gas state. They are also considered genjutsu masters and capable of producing powerful and unique illusions. Since they don't have hands they use their unique needle-like dorsal fins to perform hand seals for elemental techniques requiring hand seal performances and produce a mist like substance of their unique venom to cast illusions. Once a target has been caught in the venom and/or inhales it, illusions would be casted upon them (This ability only pertains to unique stonefish illusions. No stonefish have access to canon or custom regular genjutsu). All venom produced by stonefish have but one weakness, once the venom is heated to a certain degree, it loses its potency. Making stonefish venom weak against the fire element regardless of the state the venom is in.

Their venom is excreting through the spikes from it's dorsal fins on it's back in a liquid form, not gaseous. Using the mist to perform genjutsu is a canon ability of the Giant Clam, so it's not being allowed here and they aren't using their fins to form handseals, I clearly said that last submission. And you mention specific temperatures, but dont state so I'll make one: their venom will be weak to same rank fire and above. ✦

Description: The user performs a single hand seal casting his opponent into an illusion, in said illusion the opponent suddenly sees himself starting to bleed through every opening in his body, blood starts streaming from the nose, eyes, ears, mouth and even genital area. The opponent soon becomes swamped in his own blood and starts choking on clots of blood streaming out of the mouth. The resulting effect places a lot of strain on the opponent's brain allowing them to possibly not think straight should the opponent be weak willed.

- If the opponent fails to release the illusion in his turn after the genjutsu has been cast, he losses consciousness due to him/her believing they are choking on their own blood.

Description: This is deceptive genjutsu that lay emphasis on the most basic of things used in battle. This actually works on covert freeform techniques that are used to create diversions or distractions like smoke from smoke bombs and the flash from flash bombs. Concurrently with the genjutsu, the user can detonate a smoke bomb. Now the affect of the genjutsu makes it look like the smoke that is created is never ending and continues to spread throughout the terrain in an endless chain of fluffy plume. Though on a normal day, a smoke or flash light would not affect doujutsus however, because they are embeded with this genjutsu, their sense of sight would equally be affected like any other ninja. Even when the smoke is blown away with wind, it has no notable effect on them. The same goes with flash bombs, thus the whole environment sieze to come back to normal from its whitish and blinding appearance. Another useful application of this genjutsu is using it concurrently with dormant blinding effects/aftermath on the terrain like the steam produced through the clash of fire and water, dust from disturbing earth with wind, etc. Because these after-effects requires no control whatsoever but are equally blinding, they can perfectly be used with the genjutsu to make them seems they continue to linger forever.

In reality though, the user is still moving at his current speed and would smash his fists, assaulting the unaware opponent. The illusion creates a fake image of the user making the victim unable to see the real one coming behind schedule.

Depending on the situation on the battlefield this can come as a very useful technique for situations when something doesn't go as planned. Following this principle, the user can also slow down and stop an opponents strike by ejecting the high pressure soundwaves which present themselves as an obstacle in this situation. Due to the high pressure buildup the opponent would need more force to overcome the "cushion". This application is very useful in hand to hand combat because it gives the user time to exploit the situation and quickly change his tactics as he sees fit.

This application is, as already explained, very useful in hand to hand combat because it gives the user the chance to exploit the situation, e.g. suddenly stopping his opponent's punch, and quickly change his tactics as he sees fit, e.g. grabbing the opponent's arm and proceeding to punch him in the stomach, etc.

This is no regular tornado however as the tornado retains its sucking capabilities while remaining almost completely still and the wind around it is not spinning at all. At the centre of the tornado there is an incredibly dense ball of fuuton chakra, which is also about 3 centimeters in diameter. The core gets smaller and smaller as it releases the stored wind around it to fuel the wind around the tornado but because of the large amount of chakra inside the core it is able to fuel the tornado for a while. Instead of the slicing gales spinning around it, it has a calm, almost still, breeze spinning around. The core has immense suction properties and is able to pull in any person or jutsu that comes into close range of it. Once the person has started being sucked inside they easily pass the outer layer of gentle wind, because of its low resistance, and are pulled into the core. Once they come in to contact with the core that large amount of unstable fuuton chakra suddenly explodes, causing anything within the vortex of gentle wind to become sliced into tiny pieces. However the technique has another unique ability behind it and that is that it is self-sustaining. The fuuton could normally be defeated by a katon jutsu of S rank but the outer soft layer despite not being able to rip apart foes is still an S rank wind obstacle, and the core is S rank wind obstacle as well. The opponent would have to destroy outer layer then the core to defeat this jutsu. They could achieve this with a clone or by firing multiple jutsus at it from out of the range of the tornado. Once the outer layer is destroyed the user can post this jutsu again in their turn so that the core sheds some of the condensed chakra around it to create a new outer layer of gentle wind.

Note: Reforming the tornado by shedding chakra from the core can only be done once

Description: The user forms a three hand seals, and concentrates his Fire based chakra into Earth based constructs or inanimate objects, Water sources or Wind based techniques. Each with their own effect, and due to the great amount of Fire based chakra within, the result would be as follows:

Earth: Earth based constructs would start to melt, due to the intense heat and create a pseudo magma effect. This means it would be rendered ineffective, due to the heat. It can be focused into a certain part of an Earth construct, like a wall, allowing it to melt away without a problem. A Stone Golem would melt from the inside, and the pseudo magma created would create holes within it. There is of course, a limit as to the size of Earth based construct that can be infused. One is limited to constructs the size of 10x10 meters, and not more. The size of the construct also plays a role as to how effective it would be.
Water: Water sources would start to boil within mere moments of being infused with the Fire. This would create boiling hot water, that could easily burn the opponent, but also be used in combination with the users own techniques for a greater effect. Water being heated isn't very fast, and would take great concentration. The amount of Water to be infused is up to 8x8 meters.
Wind: Wind based techniques when infused with Fire, would cause a powerful explosion. This can only be done either mid or long range from the user, as anywhere closer would also harm the user. Due to it's explosive nature, and no real size limitation, only Wind techniques up to B rank can be infused with Fire.

Due to the powerful nature of the technique, one can see the Fire based residue, in a dark red hue, as it starts to accumulate on said construct or element, unless within a construct, then only Doujutsu could see. One could feel the heat too.

Description: After forming a sequence of three hand seals, the user will focus a large amount of Fire based chakra around the opponent. Through precise chakra control and Fire mastery, the user is able to create a dome over the opponent, made of a condensed fire like that of the technique Fire Release: Great Blaze Ball, that has been given a solid property. Due to it's solidarity, the dome not only acts as a way to capture the opponent inside, but also making the escape from said dome, more difficult. The dome is colored red. Upon impact with a solid object, the dome would immediately lose it's solid nature and explode, causing the opponent inside it to, of course, be burned severely. The dome also releases heat from it, which can cause the opponent to become light-headed, and even lose consciousness after a turn. As a last resort, the user is also capable of causing the dome to enclose inwards, killing the opponent inside by severe burns, after forming a single hand seal.

Description: The user will perform one hand seal and release their chakra towards preexisting lightning, specifically lightning that is combined with other elemental techniques or objects that conduct lightning. As the user takes control of the lightning, they will perform a basic hand seal and force the lightning out of the object/technique (metal, earth, water, etc) causing it to jump and re-aim it like a projectile or guide it through hand gestures. A concept very similar to that of Lightning Release: Thunder Dragon Tornado, where how the lightning can jump out the vortex, that concept is taken and expanded in this technique. A kunai with a lightning current conducted on it could be an example of usage, as the user uses the kunai and throws it at the opponent, last second he can have the lightning current jump out and shock the opponent. This can be applied to a much more larger scale as well. Note the size, rank, and damage capabilities depend on the initial current of the first lightning. So back to the kunai example, if charged with nagashi, that would make it A-Rank lightning with a paralyzing capability, with size of similarity to the nagashi. However that is just an example, for lightning combos with other techniques/objects have that same effect. So it depends entirely on the initial lightning current/attack. The lightning, when jumped out can at most move up to mid range in distance, but the initial technique where the current is conducted or being used can be anywhere on the battlefield short to long range. This technique excels highly at stealth like usages. If used on elemental combos, depending on the initial rank of the technique, it will be halved when the lightning is separated, so for example if a lightning/water combo jutsu was S-Rank, when the lightning jumps out, it will be A-Rank lightning now, so on and so fourth, applies only with elemental combo associated with lightning.

Okay, I have issues with this. Firstly, there are VERY few instances where you will have lightning available for usage. Lightning isn't something that remains long like other elements do and usually is quick to come and leave. Natural lightning isn't an option either. Also, what if it is the enemy's chakra as well? I really..am not seeing a point to this technique right now.

Description: The user will utilize the water vapor around specific objects or techniques, creating a mist around the objects. The mist is rather thin, however can grow up to large sizes, specifically the mist can grow up to any size depending on the technique it is used with. As the mist has completely covered the object, the user will manipulate the natural light (similar to Water Release: Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprivation), reflecting the light aiming it to a specific target, mainly an opponent or summon (anything of logical sense), the light will easily be able to blind the opponent momentarily, while also the mist would be able to cover the entire technique, making it very difficult for the opponent to be able to discover or figure out the technique being masked. The mist will follow the technique whether it is a projectile based or streaming, however if used on streaming techniques the user would have to either use a preexisting mist source of have an ally (clone, summon, etc) to create the mist for it to attach, using it on a projectile makes it much more easier and applicable for use, as mentioned in the begging. This technique can be used with anything logical elemental wise with water (earth, metal, water, lightning, etc etc). The mist remains around the technique/objects for a short duration; also the user can cover more then one technique/object but would require more chakra.

Now, the main difference is, the user will release the wind gust into certain structures or tool sets, this includes earth-like jutsus(or CE/KG similar) or even metal weapon(s). This happens because of the intangibility of the wind, being able to phase through solid matter objects, however through precise control with chakra, the user will infuse it into the structures making them one. The initial infuse can be done in two ways, either they blow the gust of wind into the initial technique or they create a intangible- almost invisible (because of the similarity of the wind blade)- portal upfront of the user for which they will allow those similar solid structures to pass through and fuse into. Now, with the wind infused in the object(s), this prevents certain opponent from being able to detect the wind which is hidden in the structure, however this does not apply to most dojutsu and sensory. The strong offensive use for this technique is its ability of deception and surprise attack, for even if they destroy the initial technique used for the wind to infuse within, it can still bypass and continue to the opponent, this is because of its intangible nature and how it can never be blocked through physical means. There are severe issues with the base concept of this technique. First off, you said this follows the concept of Wind Blade? If so, supposedly you release this move at once, but then at the same time, you say this is supposed to camouflage in a construct. With the power and intangibility behind this, there is absolutely no way you can "control" this to hide in something unless you utilize two different chakras at once which is essentially impossible without Yin/Yang.

The user will benefit as he/she will be capable of seeing through their own techniques, meaning jutsus which sever the line of sight will no longer be risky to use e.g. erecting a defensive wall of earth. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this technique's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only initiated when the user utilizes another jutsu. This technique can only be used on techniques which can normally be perceived through the use of at least one other sense (excluding touch unless the technique is non-offensive and does not deal any damage). I'm still having a very difficult time believing this can ever be approvable. There are way too many techniques out there both canon and custom to think there aren't at least a few that will be completely OP if made invisible. On top of that what you think can be normally perceived through the use of another sense might not be the same as the person you're fighting, or a mod checking, which can only lead to arguments. I'll give you one more shot at it, but I'm skeptical of this having any hope.

(Doton: Sougishiki no Gouyoku) - Earth Release: Awakening of Avarice

Description: The user will perform the Boar -> Serpent handseal sequence before focusing their doton chakra into the ground in order to create a gargantuan dragon-like creature composed entirely of rock from the earth below. The dragon (known as Smaug the Avaricious) is similar to Deidara's C2 Dragon in both size and dimensions, granting it the perfect form for a balance between dwarfing most opponents and fluid aerial maneuverability. He is also sentient and so is capable of acting independent from his creator. Due to his structure (namely his wings and prehensile tail), Smaug possess the innate ability of flight and as such is capable of soaring through the air at a respectable speed (user's base speed) despite his mountainous size. Smaug possess two abilities aside from flight known as "Molten Gold" and "Diamond Duststorm" respectively. The first being his ability to transform part of his interior into a sticky, flammable mud-like substance which he can expel from his mouth. The mud can be released as a continuous stream or fired in the form of projectiles. On contact with anything (except fire), the mud will harden into rock and become a permanent change to the landscape. If used in conjunction to a fire-based technique, the mud will instead ignite and fuel the flames as the two coalesce into a calamitous combination on colossal proportions. The dragon's second ability is that it can shed earthen debris from its entire body at will and whip up a formidable dust storm by flapping its wings while doing this. This dust can be used to obscure the opponent's sight or to empower techniques (Fire, Wind and similar KG/CE elements e.g. Scorch or Sulphur), particularly by augmenting their abrasiveness or in the case of Water it's erosiveness. Both abilities of the dragon are usable three times per battle, are A-Rank in strength, supplementary in nature and count towards the user's moves per turn. They both increase the damage of compatible techniques by 20 when the two jutsus fuse/combine.

Each of these circular patches of fluid are two meters in diameter. This technique also acts as an effective defense against speed-based users, since the sticky patches of fluid can span out from the user's position to act as a "protective minefield". Ahaha, that Spiderman reference. Alright, issues with this technique. Firstly, you need a limit on how many of these "puddles" can rise, and if it continues to be too OP, lower the range to mid. Really, puddles that instantaneously rise and then trap opponents without hardly a frame to react is really not acceptable at all. By nature, they seem rather overpowered already. Furthermore, I'm not sure how I feel about this also being able to affect individuals within the ground. That seems way too powerful for an A-Rank that is supposedly surface only.
