I know Sasuke said he was waiting for all the strong head to go down to start his revolution ,and Naruto was the only main person to keep him back.If Sasuke was conserving chakra and powers from when he enter the battle field to current,that mean Sasuke holding back PS against Jubi and Obito? If Sasuke was fighting all out then Perfect susano will have slices the voted Jubi (below) into many pieces ?

when sasuke enter the battle field ,no one did know his plan.Sai question jugo and others about Sasuke motive,current chapter make it clear.Therefore Sasuke was not fighting all out

EMS Sasuke was nerfed hard. He couldn't even use Susanoo to block a sword stab from Madara.

EMS Sasuke could have solo'd blind Madara with Susanoo arrow, but Kishi didn't want that, so he nerfed him.
