EMS Sasuke was holding back in the war??

EMS Sasuke was nerfed hard. He couldn't even use Susanoo to block a sword stab from Madara.

EMS Sasuke could have solo'd blind Madara with Susanoo arrow, but Kishi didn't want that, so he nerfed him.

Still by your logic Madara only got PS from having Rinnegan and Ashura/Indra chakra.

Okay so you totally forget the fact he covered Kurama with it. And don't say that wasn't PS because by that logic EMS Madara don't have it either because he only did the same as what Sasuke did. EMS Sasuke have PS.

EMS Sasuke had PS.. he simply unlocked it later on against Obito. Just like NAruto with his BSM.

PS is powered by chakra.. strong chakra = strong ps

so sage powered sasuke PS > EMS sasuke ps.

Naruto carried everyone in the war giving chakra out and when Sasuke showed up he wanted to fight with Sasuke as a team again Sasuke tried to kill the tentails right from the start after they got power from the Sage they both were holding back a little because they were trying to seal Kaguya together

He got it later on, while fighting along with BSM Naruto against Juubi jin Obito. However sadly he used it only for moment so it have little to none feats.

Of course it would make no difference against Juubito without BSM Naruto part in attack
