The hyuuga mastered it better then her. Its said that only a skilled hyuuga can block you chackra points. She couldn't even do that. Dumb lady couldn't even see sakura above her with her byakugan.

It's true though. The Byakugan sucks. It's only been useful at locating things. Nothing too major.

It's all in the level of chakra

Someone like Haruma can go on par with the sage of six path, who has the rinnegan.

Even Kaguya with her sharingan and Byukagan is stronger than every MS/Rinnegan user we have ever seen.

As long as you have the chakra for it, you can do everything.
